“1 week of relaxation in paradise” I stayed in Mountain Breeze Villa during a week in December with my mother, my brother and his family. Great place to spend time with your family in a cozy but at the same time luxury villa situated in a magical landscape. The scenery around the villa offers you a big variety- beautiful mountians, close to natural beaches and just a short ride from the amazing marine national park Khao Sam Roi Yot. The villa it self makes you feel like home with a well equipped kitchen, two big bed rooms,a luxury bathroom and even an outdoor pool and shower to enjoy the evening with a glass of wine veiwing the mountians. Service like supermarket, pharmacy, bars and resutaurants are nearby. I could highly recommend to stay in Mountain Breeze villa if you want to explore Thailand at its best.

“Location, comfort and good people...” Three of my friends and I stayed at the Haadrin Seaview Villa during the first week of Feb. In the process of selecting this particular Villa I reviewed a number of other options but kept on coming back to this as one of the best from a location vs value for money proposition. Andy and Yuko were very responsive both via email and text messages initially thus the booking of the accommodation was a breeze. One has a tendency to make certain assumptions via photos prior to actually seeing a property and in this case the Villa exceeded my expectations. It has three equally sized bedrooms in the upper lounge area that is open plan with the kitchen. This in turn opens up onto a large deck that faces South so gets the sun all day. There is plenty of seating and a hammock so 90% of the time at the Villa was spent in this space. The upstairs bathroom was also in excellent condition (hot water). Downstairs there is a Jacuzzi that comfortably sits two (three at a push). We mainly used this as a plunge pool to cool down - great feature to have. There is also a secondary bathroom downstairs that comes equipped with a washing machine. So bottom line is the Villa itself is fantastic. The other major attraction are the owners. Both andy and Yuko are very friendly and are available at all times to help out if needed. Location is also critical. The house is 5 min by scooter to Haad Rin (fortunately far enough away from the crowds) and 2 min to a 7/11 that has an aTM. There is also a scooter hire place directly across the road. Of course nothing is perfect so it is important to note that the house is high up on the hill over looking Samui. The walk from the main Haad Rin road to the house is up a number of steps. Once you have a scooter you can get 2/3rds of the way up the hill but there is still about a 30 second walk up hill so if you have any mobility issues this place may not be for you. Overall a great week was had. Fully recommend. You won't be disappointed.

“Extreme luxury with sparkling pool and tranquil golf course view” When we arrived at the property we were blown away by the "wow" factor. The house is a huge, gracious mansion with quality fixtures and furniture. The house was immaculately clean and the large swimming pool overlooking the golf course was sparkling clean. The description of the property on the web site, while impressive, was not as impressive as the property itself. The cleaning staff were very efficient and we were pleasantly surprised to find any dirty washing left on the floor was whisked away, washed and ironed and returned for a very modest fee. Great value. While this property is a little way out of Hua Hin city, the peace and tranquility and the outlook over Palm Hills Golf Course more than compensated for the 10 minute journey into town. Our group was 6 male golfers between 50-60 years of age with our own bus and driver (who was accommodated in the staff quarters). We each had our own bedroom and ensuite. Highly recommended for golf groups like ours. Even better value for couples as the property could accommodate 6 couples comfortably. Overall I would rate this property 5 star and highly recommend it.

“Bliss” Loved it here, the apartment is new & very modern inside, everything is spotless clean. The private balcony overlooks the pool area and gardens. Great little restaurant poolside for breakfast and tasty local/european food. The staff are so friendly & welcoming they go out of their way to make you feel special Walking distance to Big Buddha and the local market where you will find all sorts of delicious fresh fruit a few minutes walk to the nearest beach, 10 minutes by car to Chaweng or Fishermans Village on a Friday night for the walking street market, numerous restaurants there to cater for everybody's taste Looking forward to returning again

“Feels like home” Our experience with baan poolom has been first rate all the way through. Sally booked us in with effortless efficiency and the building manager khun Haarn friendly and polite settled us in well. The condo is spacious, clean and comfortable and it is in an excellent spot. There are many places to eat and relax close at hand and plenty of things to do in the Hau Hin area generally so you can be busy or enjoy the peace and quiet as you desire. The beach is on your doorstep and is wide and clean. This is an excellent place for a family holiday and we are all going to be sad when we have to leave this wonderful place. Matt

“A stunning location where all our needs were met” We had a wonderful stay in this very comfortable, well furnished apartment with a newly refurbished kitchen. There was plenty of storage space, a comfortable lounge and a lovely balcony overlooking the beach. The apartment is in a quiet location right next to the beach. We spent time relaxing in the beautiful, clean swimming pool complete with loungers and umbrellas. We also enjoyed strolling along the quiet beach, watching local fisherman, enjoying a massage right next to the sea and eating in one of the beachside restaurants. We also visited Hua Hin and particularly enjoyed the night market and the street food. We also played golf at one of the local courses. The staff in the apartment complex are very friendly and welcoming. There is also a very resonably priced seafood restaurant on the edge of the complex. We will definitely be returning.

“Relaxing holiday home” Great holiday let. A very comfortable villa with a perfect location for a quiet getaway. Lovely gardens. Walk off your great deck onto the beach. Authentic Thai restaurants a walk along the beach. The beach is quiet, was only ever a few people on it the week we stayed. The staff are really good. Very friendly and helpful. Sao will arrange anything you might need. The owner BB was very helpful also and was happy to provide us with an afternoon checkout as there was no changeover that day.
