Alkisti and Artemi Villas, two newly built modern villas are set approximately 10 meters apart from each other and have an idyllic position, in the center of the village, almost 80 meters away from the sandy beach of Plakias in the South coast of Crete. Perfectly positioned in peaceful private ground of 1150 sqm.

These appealing neighboring villas have been recently constructed to highly standards and are located in a unspoiled, uncrowded and idyllic place on the south coast, some 35km of Rethymno. Artemi (150sqm) and Alkisti (130sqm) in size and can accommodate 6-7 people.Each fully equipped, air-conditioned villa at Alkisti and Artemis offers a terrace and a balcony with mountain views. It consists of 3 bedrooms, a seating area and a kitchen with a stove and a dining area. A TV with satellite channels is included.

Sun loungers and outdoor furnishings are available at the pool area of each villa, where guests may spend some hours at ease.

Many traditional fish taverns, restaurants, café bars and shops are a 2-minute walk away. The beaches of Souda, Damnoni and Ammoudi are accessible within a short drive. The town of Rethymno with its scenic old port is at a distance of 32 km. Free private parking is possible on site and car rental services are available upon request.

In a very short distance away, there are a variety of taverns, cafes, tourist shops, mini markets with many nearby beaches. Plakias can offer many extra activities like scuba diving, cycling, mountain trekking and wind surfing.

“A great place to stay in”

The villa is everything you could wish for. Location is perfect, it is big and well cared of. The swimming pool is very nice and the owner is always listening to your wish, ready to accommodate.

How do damage deposits work?

If FILIPPOS (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
