Built for Royalty and the rich and famous, but now available as a vacation rental, Le Chateau de Palmiers is a one-of-a-kind, world class beachfront estate embracing the spirit of the Caribbean with the elegance of a fine French hotel. Situated directly on the white sand beach of Plum Bay in the prestigious guard gated community of Terres Basses, this estate offers a 6-bedroom ocean-side villa and a 4-bedroom garden-side villa.
Although the estate is extremely spacious and grand, it presents an intimate, relaxed and attentive environment within the walls of a gated enclave and offers amazing service and amenities such as Daily Chef Service, Daily Housekeeping Service, Laundry Service, Arrival & Departure Transfers, On site Estate manager, Heated Pool, Tennis Court, 100-yard golf hole, Huge Gym, Billiards, Kayaks, Stand Up paddle boards, Wi-Fi, Wide sound system and more... With its western exposure, you will be able to enjoy the Caribbean's best sunsets.
The villa is split into 2 villas separated by the access road. The Beach side villa has 6 bedrooms, a media room, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a ping pong table, huge terrace and pool with bar. The garden side villa has 4 bedrooms, a chef's kitchen, a tennis court, a 1 hole putting green and the gym. In total there are eight bedrooms with King size beds and two with Queen beds. All bedrooms have full private en-suite baths. The two-story master has a second story office and a master bath with Jacuzzi tub, ocean view and shower. Two private balconies facing pool and expansive ocean views.
An experienced staff are attentive to your needs and a gourmet chef prepares 3 meals per day (the cost of food and beverages is additional).
