Description

The Villa Atlantis, renovated in May 2016, is located in the center of Ponta Delgada, near the University of the Azores, Carlos Machado Museum, Teatro Micaelense of Grace Market, among many other sights of interest. It is the ideal place to stay for group of friends / family wishing to visit the island of São Miguel. The accommodation has 3 suites, 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 14 people. All suites have bed (s), table (s) nightstand, mirror, closet or equivalent solution, bedside lighting, chair or sofa, hangers, basket of papers, sheets, blanket or extra duvet, TV with remote control. The bathrooms are equipped with towels (1 face and 1 bath per person), floor mat or towel and soap or shower gel. In the kitchen we have a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer, device to absorb fumes and smells, appliances and cabinets for food and utensils.

How do damage deposits work?

If Raquel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
