With private swimming pool (12mx6m – dephs 0,70m–2,00m) and well kept and spacious enclosed garden, Quinta da Palma is set in the very heart of Costa Verde, the perfect base for exploring this area and especially the towns of Minho, so rich in history, like Ponte de Lima with its Roman bridge, Viana do Castelo with its monuments, Braga with its opulent churches, Guimarães with its Castle, etc.
Located in a rural area, close (8 Km) to the historical town of Ponte do Lima and its golf course and further a-field the interesting local capital of Viana do Castelo (23Km), a must for excellent shops and restaurants. Further still one should not miss the opportunity to visit the historic city of Porto, with its beautiful old riverside quarters and renown Port Wine lodges or a boat trip on the Douro River.
The inside is cosy and comfortably furnished with a fantastic outside area a great place to have a cool drink on those very hot days or for meals al fresco.

All on first floor: A very spacious and bright open plan kitchen/living/dining area with fireplace and doors to the garden/pool and terrace, 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower over bath, bidet and toilet.
Outside area: private swimming pool with furniture and sun loungers; shower room with toilet, games room with tennis table and football table; large covered terrace with table and chairs and with built-in BBQ; ample parking

8 km from Ponte do Lima (all facilities historical town, river beach with river sports, restaurants, Monday market).
9 km to 18 hole golf course and horse riding.
23 km from Viana do Castelo (all facilities, bars, restaurants, and shops, Thursday market.

Booking procedure:
Deposit to confirm the booking.
Balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Refundable breakages deposit of 250,00€ is required on arrival, to be refunded on your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Cot and high chair can be provided upon request, at no extra cost.
Central heating not included with extra charge of 150€/week.
Any complaints must be made direct to the owner at the time of renting.
It is the responsibility of those renting the property to supervise children in and around the villa and swimming pool.
