Typical home Ponza, with domed ceilings. completely renewed. Can accommodate from 2 people to a maximum of 5/6 people.

The House is located opposite the cala where was filmed the television drama ' Another Life '.

The full kitchen also comes with an oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The apartment is also equipped with washing machine, terrace with gazebo equipped with table and chairs. About 200 meters there are market, bar, Tobacconist, newsagent, Church, post office, restaurant, scooter rental, boat rental. Walking the beaches: cala dell'Acqua, la caletta, natural pools, cala feola.

Response from the owner Gentile cliente, la casa è in perfetto stile isolano! quindi tutte le case di Ponza hanno tali caratteristiche. L'umidità nelle case di Ponza è la normalità, perchè stiamo a ridosso del mare e in caso di vento di scirocco è più percepibile(cosa che è capitata durante il suo soggiorno). Provi a chiedere a qualsiasi ponzese o persona che è già stata a Ponza. Per l'"invasione" degli odori sarebbe bastato tenere aperta la porta di cucina per circolare l'aria. Per quanto riguarda i cani del vicino è stata immediatamente trovata una soluzione e risolto il problema, questo avrebbe dovuto specificarlo! Infatti al cliente è stata data un'altra sistemazione, a totali spese nostre, in attesa di risolvere il problema. E' stata esaudita sempre ogni vostra singola richiesta e la finestra non dista 3 metri come dice lei. Alla vostra partenza, inoltre, abbiamo trovato la casa sporca (per non parlare delle stoviglie). Siamo veramente dispiaciuti che non vi siate trovati bene con noi e che non abbiate menzionato minimamente tutte le cose che abbiamo fatto per voi. Ogni ospite che è stato con noi, è rimasto sempre entusiasta della casa e della nostra ospitalità(come da altre recensioni), per questo siamo molto sorpresi.

How do damage deposits work?
