Villa ioanes, a charming 1930s house located in Port Saint Louis du Rhône in the Camargue regional natural park. Completely restored, it consists of two comfortable rooms that can accommodate 4 people (plus a baby). An ideal place for family or couple vacations to unwind and relax. It is planted with a magnificent garden, a swimming pool with a fully retractable wooden cover and a pool house. Covering an area of 200 m², it consists of two apartments. It is fully PRIVATIZED during your stay, you will occupy the ground floor apartment with an area of 90 m² on one level, quiet, it consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a parental bedroom (1 bed of 1m80), a second bedroom (2 beds of 90 cm) and a bathroom with a bathtub and two basins. Each room has an opening onto the garden and the swimming pool. It also has free private parking, free wifi, an outdoor shower, a ping-pong table, a barbecue. We will be pleased to welcome you to introduce you to the villa, answer your questions and give you the keys. We provide you with free sheets, towels, pool towels and tea towels. Your bed will be made upon arrival. By staying at the Villa Ionian, you will be ideally located at the mouth of the Grand Rhône, between the river and the sea, Port-Saint-Louis-du-Rhône is at the gateway to the wild Camargue. The Municipality entered the perimeter of the Camargue Regional Natural Park in February 2011, offering its visitors the Camargue symbols: Horses, bulls, flamingos and many other hundreds of birds have found their anchorage there. The town obtains the Blue Flag each year for its quality of the amenities carried out on the coast and in particular on the Napoleon beach. Ideal site for nautical sports and remarkable for the quality of its environment, the nautical center also offers a wide range of activities such as kitesurfing, windsurfing, PICO, BUG and VAGO lasers, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking The villa is located 10 minutes from three beaches: - The Napoleon beach is 10 km of fine sand - The Olga beach is intimate and friendly, family swimming is pleasant - Carteau beach, water is shallow. It adapts perfectly to the practice of kitesurfing and windsurfing, horse riding. The city of Port Saint Louis also has 6 ports offering all the services to accommodate and meet the needs of boaters. Port Saint Louis is also the practice of professional fishing, each year the national big game fishing competition takes place in August. The fishing school offers for 8/15 year olds training in the environment, regulations, learning fishing techniques.
