This apartment has appeared in many design magazines in France.
For 2 people, has a surface of 30 m2 inside + 8M2 outdoors.
It is composed of:
- Entering, equipped kitchen 13M2, old cupboard for dishes, dining table with 2 chairs loom, TV / DVD / HiFi / WiFi.
- Room 10 M2 (separated from the living room by a wall and a curtain 3/4) for 2 people with king size bed (160 * 200) and small dressing.
- Bathroom 7 M2 (separated from the bedroom by a curtain), fully tiled with old cast iron bath, antique sink, toilet and technical closet.
- A small courtyard / patio south of 8 M2 arranged in length, with table / 2 chairs and vegetation (no view).
Deco side:
Retro charm and style "Gustavian / shabby chic" with gray shades and flax (Farrow & Ball paints), mixed with the grounds of the old cement floor tiles.
Color gray at the ground in the bedroom, paneling headboard, stone in side kitchen, tiled "metro style" in the bathroom.
Old charming furniture restored and patinated. Some marine objects here and there books available.
Side windows:
Shutters for all windows.
The living room, the room and the terrace / courtyard are south facing.
The terrace overlooks on a small space reserved for residents and small grocery store opposite.
The windows of the bathroom overlooks on small pedestrian street and there are opaque glass and shutters.

Great for two people, kitchen very well appointed and close to bakery and market. Great small town to be your base to explore Normandy.
