Spacious home and garden, near blue flag beach & coastal path
The accommodation is split over 3 floors and comprises the following:
Ground floor: comfortable lounge with TV/DVD, dining room with table and seating for 8, fitted kitchen (some unit fronts are split) with table and seating for 4, tatty but useful utility room with washing machine and additional fridge. Please note there is no downstairs WC.
Mezzanine floor: family bathroom, with bath, electric shower over and WC, modern Shower room with twin basins, heated towel rail, and WC.
1st floor: 2 double bedrooms, one with an additional single bed to give parents the flexibility to have their 'little ones' share their room but have their own bed! Also a bunk room.
2nd floor: Low headroom stairs leading to:
Childrens 'snug' with sofa, DVD player.
Double bedroom.
Single bedroom (In eaves - suitable for pre teen).
Securely enclosed grassed garden with table and chairs for 6, accessed from the utility room. Brick built BBQ. Gate leading to the front of the house.
Ty Hapus is not 5* accommodation it is well lived in, comfortable and near the beach. Please note there is NO WiFi and NO towels are provided

“Covid19 cancelled our plans”
Unfortunately due to Covid19 and the government's restrictions on travelling to Wales we were unable to go on our planned holiday. We have had great communication with the owners and they have been more than fair with the financial offer to us to refund due to this situation.

“South Wales”
Lovely big house with enclosed garden including bbq abs table. 3 rooms have double beds and a single bed. 2 other rooms consist of a single bed and the other a bunk bed. 2 large bathrooms one with a double sink. 10 mins walk and you there is a long stretch sandy blue flag beach. Rock pooling and big shell funding to be had. Area around is great for exploring South Wales and all its delights. Ogmore on sea is a must. Sand dunes are incredible and the walk is impressive. There’s plenty of pubs, quality play areas and walks around. Only have 3 stars as area and house is a bit tired but still a lot of charm.

“Spacious and clean”
Loved this place. Totally recommend. Fully equipped with everything we needed and more. Huge kitchen, handy laundry area at the back with extra fridge. Having the huge freezer really helped too. More … More

Brilliant!! Booking was easy and so was arriving and leaving, the house has lots of room so your not on top of each other, two beautifully spacious bathrooms and everything u need to enjoy a break away!

“It does what it says on the box”
The house contained everything you could need, a home from home. It catered for all ages. A varied selection of local eateries meant you could eat different every night and all at reasonable prices. All this and a sandy beach almost on your doorstep. Perfect.
