Located in Porto Cervo - Liscia di Vacca - and inserted in an exclusive residential complex with a swimming pool that faces our terrace. It is only a 200 meters short walking distance to the nearby sandy beach. Practical and comfortable, the apartment has a living area with an open space kitchenette, two bedrooms and an elegant bathroom . All the rooms have an air conditioning system and heating. The kitchenette is has all Miele appliances with electric stove top, oven, dish washer and washing machine. The apt has a 22" LG LCD TV sat with DVD. Both the living and master bedroom adjoins the open and spacious fully furnished terrace with breathtaking views of the sea.
All the bedrooms are furnished with French armoires and cabinetry as well as high modern headboards. Master bedroom sleeps two. The junior bedroom has a small standard bed sleeps 1 very comfortably, but can accomodate 2 people. The bathroom is in mother of pearl mosaic with gres porcelain flooring. All flooring in the apartment is in gres porcelain. All accessories (door knobs, showers and bathroom) are Phillip Stark.
Activities nearby include: Pevero Golf Club and resort, you can make reservations at the world class spa 20 meters from the apartment at the Hotel le Palme. There is also a full service restaurant at Hotel Le Palme as well as bar and tabaccherie services. The path of Hotel le Palme takes you to the sandy beaches where you can rent an assortment of activities including: bicycles, snorkelling/ scuba gear, scooters, quads, jet ski, etc.
The location is perfect. Quiet and tranquil, steps from the beach, pool at your doorstep. Two minute drive to supermarkets, restaurants, Porto Cervo Marina, Porto Cervo town, beautiful views, all the comforts and amenities of your home away from home with a touch of luxury.
Maid service is available upon request on a daily or weekly basis for an extra fee.

“The perfect view to wake up to!”
Just returned from a week's holiday, staying at this lovely apartment. My experience in booking and any questions I had was first class. Massimiliano always responded very quickly which is essential when booking accommodation privately. This was our first trip to Sardinia, we arrived late and it was dark when we left the airport. We did had trouble finding the actual apartment but had been given a number of Michele, who holds the key, and he came to meet us and guide us in. A detailed map showing final part of journey from main road, with road names, turning off main road and route to apartment highlighted would be useful. The apartment was well represented in the photos provided, with the exception of the second bedroom, which shows a double bed, with adequate room although the details do state that there are 2 single beds. This would not of been a problem although we were two couples sharing the flat, but in reality there was very little space between the beds and the second bed was a pull-out. Due to a side table with lamp that could not be placed anywhere else, the 2nd bed had this at the head of it, the bedroom did not reflect the standard of the rest of the apartment. When two couples are sharing the cost it could lead to problems, as one bedroom is lovely and spacious with king size bed and magical view, the other small, as I described, window but no view, This being said the single beds were comfortable, but set up and space more suited to a couple with children or 3 adults where only one single required, giving room to move. This comment is for guidance, but in our case did not spoil our stay as the rest of the apartment was a very pleasant space to be in and the balcony was so large we could all relax there, catching the sun and enjoying the view. Internet connection was excellent, password was clearly given. TV, we couldn't get more than 3 Channels, this was good for me as holidays are not for TVs but might not suit everyone. We used DVD, playing Cd's that were in the flat, there were also films if required. There was a Bose doc there also. The pool was very clean, very close and for most of our stay we had this to ourselves. The area is quiet but there is a hotel just in front of the apartment and a short walk through the beautiful gardens takes you down to a small beach which is handy but there are much better one's you can travel to. There is also a very nice restaurant within walking distance near the beach but only other choice is hotel for bar and entertainment , you do need to drive to reach other choices of restaurants and bars. Sardinia is a beautiful place with lots to see and this apartment is the perfect place to stay and explore what the North of the island has to offer. We were sad to leave and would stay again.

Again I apologize for the pool that did not open on time but as I said It did not depend on me since the pool is not private but shared pool of the condominium. As a matter of fact I promptly gave you a discount for the inconvenient. As per the internet I sent after your departure a technician and there was a configuration problem that was fixed. However, beside these inconvenient I hope you had a nice holiday with you family and a safe flight back. Again thank you for your review which helps me to improve my service for future guests.
