This apartment is suitable for five persons, but it can easily accommodate seven persons. However they must be aware that the extra couple will sleep on a double-bed in a spacious, which opts as a fourth bedroom, accessed from the terrace.
The apartment is 130 square meters, plus a terrace of 12 square meters. It is composed of a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, a twin bedroom, which can easily be converted into a double bed and a third smaller bedroom with a large single bed of 120 cm width. These two bedrooms share a shower bathroom.
The inside passage to the play-room (which has a large divan/large-bed) is through the double bedroom, but it also accessible from the terrace.

Guests will have access with a remote control to a private parking place in the garage just underneath the apartment. The front door is reached by one flight of stairs from the garden.
It is easy to find and to explain to your guests; if you start from the famous Hotel Cervo, walk along the "La Passeggiata", passing Bulgari on the right, then Gucci on the left and proceed 150 metres past Cartier and Loro Piana, to the Billionaire shop on the right, then enter the private condominium "Lentischio", with its well-cared garden and after a further 20 metres go up the flight of stairs on the right to number 11 and you have arrived at the most exclusive apartment of the village of Porto Cervo.
