Apartment in the Historic Center of the city of Porto, with terrace and air conditioning.

Very comfortable apartment, well located, in the historic center of the city, with air conditioning (hot and cold), with a large and beautiful terrace, quiet, modern decor, fully equipped, with lots of natural light.

Close to all tourist attractions in the city.

No car needed. You can visit the entire city on foot.

With public transport to the airport, beaches and to other cities.

The apartment is located two minutes from the metro station “24 de Agosto”, with connection to the airport in 30 minutes. And located 10 minutes from the blue flag beaches.

The train station is 5 minutes away.

The apartment is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi Internet and international TV channels.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, plates, glasses, and pans for cooking, etc.

The bathroom is spacious, with shower and hairdryer.

The living room has a dining area, sofa and Smart LED TV.

The bedroom area has a wardrobe, a bed with a very comfortable mattress, 1.40x1.90, and an iron.

How do damage deposits work?
