Cozy and comfortable apartment on the first floor in a very quiet residence with beautiful green areas, with swimming pool (open and guarded from mid-June to mid-September), tennis court and private driveway to access the beautiful beach overlooking the sea. island of Tavolara. Completely renovated in June 2017, a new bathroom has been created with a large shower, a new kitchen equipped with induction fires, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as the new living room furniture, double bedroom and terrace. The apartment has a large covered terrace where you can eat outside and a carport inside the residence. Great for families with children.

House rules

Use of the swimming pool is allowed from mid-June to mid-September during opening hours, according to the rules set forth in a special bulletin board. Use of the tennis court: simply reserve the field on the table shown near the pool. Carry out separate waste collection according to the instructions given at home; waste to be stored in the appropriate ecological area (key included). Discard all waste and free the fridge before departure. If possible, water the planter every 1 or 2 days.

Very nice place, clean and high standard. Great location. Nice pool and garden. Friendly staff. Owner (Marco) very polite and helpful. Recommended!
