Description
OPO is a project with 3 proposals:
OPO Domus - Historical City Center (6 guests)
OPO River&Ocean Private Studio (4 guests)
OPO Panorama (shared light filled 5 rooms apartment)
Lovely studio: double bedroom with private house entrance for maximum privacy and independence.
R&O is a private independ studio in a family house: bedroom + bathroom + winter garden with double sofa bed + small kitchenette + acess to the terrace - common space.
Bedroom with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables, an open wardrobe and big pullout drawers under the bed. Big flat screen TV (cable channels) and Minibar. Free wireless internet.
Private full-equipped bathroom (shampoo, shower gel, towels and hairdryer included).
Next to the bedroom, there is a charming winter garden with a double sofa bed and a dinning area. In the winter garden there is also a small kitchenette - microwave, kettle, coffee machine, tee & coffee, toaster, dishes and cutlery.
The guests can also enjoy the big terrace with a great solar exposure, endowed with table and chairs.
The studio has a private house entrance, direct next to the house elevator. Hosts have keys to the building and to the studio.
The apartment is 800 meters from the Douro River and near the river mouth (estuary). It is located 15 min. from the city center (by bus) and has a bus stop right in front of it. There is also a taxi rank 2 min. walking. Nearby there are bakeries, cafes, restaurants, banks, a shopping center, a church, a health center, etc. Parking cars free within 100 meters.
Communication is not problem: we speak English, German and Spanish, apart from native Portuguese; we also understand a little bit of French and Italian.
