Petite maison tranquille en location saisonnières dans la périphérie de Porto.
( Cuisine, SDB, 2 chambres).Une petite maison toute simple, sans fioriture, mais juste ce qu'il faut pour passer des vacances au calme pour ceux qui veulent visiter porto et ses environs a moindres coûts.
Rénover en mai 2023 , installation de la climatisation dans les 2 chambres.
La cuisine se trouve au RDC , équipée du nécessaire pour vos petits déjeuners et préparer vos repas . ( four, cafetières ,micro ondes ) également avec machine a laver, fer a repasser . Du pains frais vous sera livrer gratuitement tous les matins pour tous séjour sup. a 6 nuits.
Une télé se trouve dans cette cuisine et possède les chaines nationales .
A l'étage se trouve les 2 chambres ainsi que la SDB . le passage se faisant par l'escalier extérieur et peut être contraignant en hiver .
Chambre 1 : lit 140
Chambre 2: lit superposé de 90 + un canapé lit de 100 + télé.
Le maximum d adultes acceptés ( au dessus de 15 ans) sera de 3 sur la capacité des 5 personnes ( pour raison de sécurité du au lit superposé)
Terrasse devant la cuisine ainsi que sous la vigne ( fraîcheur très apprécier l'été sous la vigne )
La maison se trouve dans les environs de porto, dans un grand village très calme, sans aucun problème de sécurité, avec tout commerce a proximité, agréable à vivre sans bouchon, avec une belle vue sur la colline. Elle est accoler a une grande maison qui restera vide toute l'année, donc toute l'espace extérieur sera pour vous .
A quelques minutes de PORTO, idéalement placer pour évitez les embouteillages journalier et de profiter de la visite de PORTO et de ses environs (sud-nord-est).
BUS (ligne 801 et 804) et tous commerces à proximité dont supérette.
Merci de fumer a l'extérieur.
Des parapluies sont a disposition (et oui cela arrive aussi a porto de pleuvoir).
Les animaux ne sont pas autorisés, malgré la terrasse et les espaces vert
Des notices plastifiées vous expliquent l'essentiel, ainsi que quelques conseils perso sur Porto, restauration, etc.
Nous parlons français, portugais, italien.
Une caution de 100 € (espèces ou chèque français ) vous sera demandé contre remise des clefs.
