Beautiful modern and newly refurbished accommodation located in the popular historic village of Poulton le Fylde.

Village centre within a 2 minute walk to shops and numerous wine bars and restaurants. Sit and watch the world go by in one of the village square cafes or ponder round the local street market (only on Mondays).

5 minute walk to the local train station with connections to Preston and Blackpool and within easy reach of the Lake District, Manchester and Liverpool.

Lovely bright, sunny accommodation with luxurious and comfortable king size beds, lovely twin room, family bathroom with walk in shower. On the ground floor there is the benefit of two lounges and lovely dining kitchen with large utility room and downstairs toilet.

Wii console and games available at the property for guests use also a selection of DVD's.

Private rear garden with decked area and seating.

Ample parking for at least 3 vehicles.

“Lovely bungalow with all home comforts!”

We had a happy 3 days here. Everywhere is so clean and cosy and although it's near the centre of Poulton it's tucked away in a quiet street. We will be .staying here again

“A great rental”

The bungalow at Poulton was an excellent place to stay. The owner left lovely touches,made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. An ideal place to stay,ameneties close by,buses and trains frequently run to many places. We'll definitely visit again Highly recommend

“Ideal family stay”

Well located and walking distance to the town. A very well appointed house with everything (and lots more) that you would need for a holiday stay. There was plenty of games and toys for our two young children with a sunny back yard in a quiet location. Elaine was quick to respond and very helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend and a member of my family has since booked for later this year.

“short drive to Blackpool,it had everything”

location was a great placece to stay .it had evrything you could think of 2 front rooms both with tv,s in them . nice and warm ,kitchen had everything you could ask it would be there, bedrooms all a nice size and comfortable beds only minus headroom on stairs which i hit a few times

How do damage deposits work?

If Elaine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
