Description
STUDIO 52 is situated at Rua da Fábrica, just 120 meters from Liberdade Square, in the heart of Porto Downtown, designated as a World Heritage Area by UNESCO.
All major tourist attractions are within walking distance.
THE SPACE:
STUDIO 52 is a fully renovated apartment tastefully decorated with refined details.
This delightful and sunny flat can accommodate up to 4 people.
The space is exceptionally bright with 4 large windows and furnished with:
- 1 comfortable double bed with a cozy encased coils mattress
- 1 very spacious chaise longue sofa double bed
- 1 dining table with 4 chairs
The bathroom features a large contemporary marble shower.
The kitchen is equipped with a modern induction hob, combo-fridge, microwave with grill (including dishes, cutlery, glasses, pans & frying pan), immersion blender, toaster, electric kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Essentials such as fresh water, coffee, tea, and cleaning products are provided FREE of charge.
Additional amenities include an air conditioning system, full HD Led TV with cable, High-speed Wi-Fi optical fiber connection, bed linen, towels, soap, shower gel, toilet paper, hair dryer, and cooking utensils – all FREE for guests.
All window frames are new with 8+8 mm Climalit double glass for optimal thermal insulation and soundproofing.
GUEST ACCESS:
STUDIO 52 is located on the 5th and top floor, accessible by an elevator.
Concierge service is available on weekday mornings.
Guests have access to all the apartment's amenities.
HOUSE RULES:
No strict rules, just treat the house as you would your own! ;)
Smoking and parties are not permitted inside the STUDIO.
The apartment is cleaned prior to your arrival. Please maintain tidiness throughout your stay.
Be mindful of noise during the night and show consideration to neighbors; a hello and a smile go a long way ;)
Upon check-out, leave the keys inside STUDIO 52 and simply close the door.
Check-out time is 11:00, but a later check-out time may be available upon request.
