Description
The house lies 4 kilometres from the town of Amelia in a very quiet and calm place, surrounded by a beautiful 360° view of the countryside. It has been recently restored in perfect harmony with the landscape and furnished in a simple and cosy style suggesting the typical taste of Umbrian farmhouses.
The house is divided into two levels:
- ground floor: living / dining room, kitchen, 1 bedroom (with double bed), 1 bathroom (with shower)
- first floor: living / dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 with double bed, one with two single beds), 2 bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub)
There is also one sofa bed and a further cot can be added on request.
The house is fully equipped with fridges, oven, washing machine, TV.
Outside there is a swimming pool (14m x 5m, depth min. 1.3 max. 1.5) with panoramic views over the surrounding countryside and many places where to eat or just relax (covered terrace, tables, chairs, loungers, hammocks). There is also a barbecue, a firewood oven and a bowling green.
A dog and four cats live in the garden (the dog can be taken away on request). The caretaker lives in a separate house to feed the pets and for the garden and the swimming pool maintenance.
In the town of Amelia there are all the shops and supermarkets you might need. You will also find several restaurants and pizzerias (at 3.5 km the nearest)
From the end of July to the second Sunday of August in the center of the town a medieval festival takes place (in the afternoon and in the evening there are several events and it is possible to eat in the taverns) .

01-Sep to 20-Dec and 05-Jan to 18-Apr and 27-Apr to 28-Jun: € 1200
21 Dec to 04 Jan and Easter (19-Apr to 26-Apr) and 29-Jun to 31-Aug: € 1400
The house is rented weekly only (from saturday to saturday)
Included in the rental price: water, gas, electricity, weekly change of towels and sheets.
Supplements and deposit to be paid on the spot: heating (consumption), final cleaning (€ 100), Security deposit requested (€ 300).
