Basement: Garage with automatic gate, store room, bathroom with shower-bath, bedroom with bathroom with shower-bath.
First floor: Hall, fully equipped kitchen, pantry, dining room, living room with fireplace and stove, both with common balcony with sea view, one bedroom, one bathroom with bath main.
Second floor: 2 rooms with wardrobe and balcony, toilet main with bath, suite with closet and balcony and bathroom with bath.
Terrace: Ample.
Equipped with solar panels.
Outside: Swimming pool, garden, tank 7000 liters, grill.
Located in a quiet area, good access, stunning views over the sea and countryside, about 10 min. walk from downtown Albufeira.

Kitchen: The kitchen comes very well equipped with gas cooker, a microwave, a electric oven, plus a fridge/freezer and dishwascher machine, with the barbecue situated outside.
Living Rooms: There’s a TV and a sitting room with open fireplace.
Cleaning and towels: Towels and linen are changed twice a week.

It´s about 10 minutes car distance of Galé, Oura, Sta. Eulália, Salgados and many others beachs.

Golf of Salgados, 1,5kms. Vilamoura Golf, 25kms.
Faro is the next airport. 40 minutes by car. Due to villa location car is not needed.
You are located in Albufeira Centre.

First and foremost, Albufeira is famed for its beaches, for the countless shades and tones of its rocks and cliffs. Just a few miles inland and everything changes. The green of the countryside is dotted with almond, fig, orange and pine trees and decorated chimneys stand out against the ochre of tiled roofs.

“Girly weekend”
Just stayed at this villa for 3 night's with 8 other ladies. Cannot recommend it enough. Excellent facilities and great location.
