Villa Ferreria is located at Quinta do Bom Sucesso in a new unique development next to a large pine and eucalyptus forest, just a 5 minutes walk to the peaceful Óbidos lagoon, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Fabulous Silver Coast beaches are closeby. Nearest family friendly beach at the lagoon is less than 10 minutes walk and within a 5 minute drive is Bom Sucesso and Rio Cortico beaches. 5 minutes further away is the Praia d'El Rey beach.
Golfers are spoilt for choice - the nearest course within a 2 minute drive is the newly opened fantastic Royal Obidos Golf course designed by Severiano Ballesteros. A 5 minute drive is the Bom Sucesso Golf resort completed in 2008 and 5-10 minutes further on is the world renowned challenging Praia d'El Rey championship golf course with spectacular sea views.
The villa offers approximately 230 square metres of spacious contemporary living accommodation fully furnished to a high standard. The villa has a private lawned garden and has parking spaces for two cars, a private south facing swimming pool and 3 large balconies.
The area is peaceful and quiet yet within easy reach of beaches, golf, towns and sightseeing. The lagoon itself provides very sheltered waters and sandy areas for younger children so very suitable for families. Would also make an excellent accommodation for golfers being close to 4 superb golf courses. For further sporting holidays the lagoon offers an unrivalled site for cycling, wind surfing, kite surfing, power kites, sailing. In addition there are some excellent walking, cycling and horse riding trails in the area.

“Wonderful villa in a lovely location”
The villa was exactly as detailed on the website. The location was great - close to wonderful beaches, great restaurants and lots of wonderful siteseeing trips. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool. The villa was perfectly clean and the welcoming pack we ordered was really useful as we arrived later in the day. The owner Mark responded very quickly when I booked e villa.
