Charming, airy apartment of 31 sq.m offers 2/4 sleeping capacity. Located just 100m from the sea and 300m from sandy beach. Cannes 15km, Juan Les Pins 5km, Monaco 45km. Contemporarily styled, yet warm and inviting with double sofa/bed, armchair and all new appliances. Large Bathroom with WC and shower corner. Since 2011 fully air-conditioned.

Cleaning consists of: clean the apartment with vacuum-cleaner, wash the dishes, wash the bathroom wash-basin and toilet, remove the linen from the beds and put on pile with used laundry. All the cleaning equipment will be provided.
No parties or events.
Quiet hours shall be between the hours of 10pm and 8am on weekdays, and 11pm and 11am on weekends.

“Antibes Centre Ville”
Glorious! The apartment is wonderful with everything that you need. It is exactly as pictured and the description is accurate and truthful. The apartment is indeed more beautiful than the pictures indicate as well as being spotlessly clean. Antibes is beautiful and everything - marina, beach, shops and restaurants are literally on your doorstep of the apartment or no more than 5 minutes in any direction. Finally, the warmth, friendliness and professionalism of both Jaromir during correspondence and Viki when we met her, was a pleasure, nothing was too much trouble for either of them and it was a wonderful addition to what was a truly glorious stay. Book, visit and enjoy.

“Very convenient location, clean and efficient apartment.”
Very pleasant owners and very clean, efficient apartment. We did not do any cooking here although there was a nice kitchen. It is small but fine for 2 people and even 1 child.
