It is tastefully decorated in a contemporary style, providing a peaceful, calm location for a memorable break. The accommodation comprises of, two double bedrooms; a luxury shower room; utility room with washer/dryer; an open plan living area, with fully equipped kitchen; dining area with table and 6 chairs and a comfortable lounge with folding doors, which open to a pretty decked area with a BBQ, providing a wonderful inside/outside space for your use.

“worth coming back”
We've been here for about a fortnight now. And this is the sixth year we've come to either the Garden Flat or the Halcyon. Four children (not now, really, after these six years) and two adults. If this is not convincing enough to make you rent the place, what is it, then?

“Great flat for exploring Brighton & surrounding area”
Myself ,husband and 2 kids aged 13 & 9 stayed at the garden flat on 2nd week in October, We couldn't fault the flat or its location. It was spotlessly clean & lovely and warm. Both bedrooms are generous(master is huge) & beds are very comfortable. Bathroom is excellent, with a great shower. Kitchen/dinning & living room is both practical & comfortable-kitchen was well equipped-had everything we needed.Flat has a small patio area which we never used(can imagine would be lovely to sit out). The location of the flat for us was brilliant, it was very well connected to public transport , regular buses at top & bottom of street .Also 5 min walk from train station. we only used our car once after we got there( to visit Legoland Windsor). There are shops nearby 5min to sainsburys & local shops at top end of street. Also 5 mins from large park. We would have to say we loved our holiday in Brighton & when travelling with kids a lot can depend on the accommodation & its location.For us the flat was 10 out of 10, really helped make our holiday a memorable one. We were contacted by Bruce & Julie by e-mail the week before we arrived to check if we required the spare bed made up & provided contact details if we should need to contact them during our stay. Flat was so well organized we didnt need to.We were aware that the owners were contactable but gave us privacy to enjoy our holiday. Thanks for a lovely holiday Julie & Bruce, we would love to come back soon.

“Clean and comfortable”
The appartment was clean and comfortable. The small terrasse was cosy ro have lunch and wonderful rooms very big. Only the lights eere not enough in the dining room.

“Excellent accommodation,spotlessly clean and plenty of transport options.”
This is the third time we have used this accommodation and we have never been disappointed. The flat is cosy with plenty of room and spotlessly clean. Brighton town centre is easy to get to by bus and Preston Park station is a ten minute walk away with trains to Gatwick Airport, London and southern parts of England. The owners are most helpful with any information you may need.
