Description
La villetta è situata in una fresca ed ombrosa pineta vicino al mare che dista circa 200 metri. La costa è raggiungibile passeggiando piacevolmente sotto i pini ed è tanto vicina che si può uscire da casa direttamente in costume da bagno e infradito pronti per tuffarsi direttamente nel limpidissimo, fresco e cristallino mare blu. Si respira una buonissima aria balsamica ricca di iodio e di essenze profumate di resina grazie alla presenza del bosco di pini ed eucalipti. Il silenzio è rotto solo dallo stormire delle fronde e dal rumore della risacca e delle onde che frangono placide sul letto di ciottoli di cui è fatta la vicina spiaggetta. Anche nel pieno di agosto non vi è mai folla: è il luogo ideale per gli amanti della Natura, della tranquillità e del mare incontaminato; con la maschera e le pinne sembra di fare il bagno in un acquario, tanto sono ricche di vita queste acque.
Le camere da letto sono due ammobiliate con mobili di pino chiaro e dotate di tutti i confort (zanzariere alle finestre, ventilatore a soffitto, lampade da lettura, oltre naturalmente a comodi e confortevoli letti dotati di reti e materassi, con coprimaterasso, di dimensioni standard): una camera è matrimoniale, l'altra ha il letto a castello, in soggiorno c'è un divano letto matrimoniale.
Il soggiorno è arredato in modo razionale e moderno: ampio con tavolo e sedie in pino chiaro coordinati con i pensili dell'angolo cottura che comprende anche la macchina del gas con forno a gas e 4 fornelli, inoltre un bellissimo e nuovo divano letto bianco-avorio a 2 posti dà un tocco in più all'arredamento. Anche qui la tv è collegata alla parabola.
La veranda coperta è un bijou: dotata di barbecue è l'ideale per le migliori sieste e pisolini pomeridiani e per prendere il fresco con un buon libro sulla sdraio al ritorno dal mare.
Tutte le finestre hanno le zanzariere e anche nel soggiorno c'è il ventilatore a soffitto."
