Description

Brand new 180 m2 penthouse appartment with 3 balconies, 3 bathroom and 4 bedroom - 250 meter from the beach close to Alanya in the beatiful town Mahmutlar. The appartment has it's own 45 m2 roof terrace, in addition to 2 balconies.

Great high standard appartment built in june 2012 in complex Alanya Beach Resort II with 8 bed and 2 childrens bed. The appartment is only a 250 meters walk from the lovely beach in Mahmutlar - 12 km from Alanya. All nescessary whitegoods are in the appartment - which include: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, kitchen fan, fridge and stove. The kitchen is well equipped with kitchen accessories. All 5 rooms has aircondition installed. There are wireless internet Access(wifi) and a lot of english and scandinavian tv-channels in the appartment.

There are 3 swimmingpools to choose between - each of them with childrens pool. Important: During the low season(from mid october to march) there will be now water in the pool. The appartment is placed in a quiet area 50 meter from the populær Barbaros street in the center of Mahmutlar a town with 30 000 permanent citizens - which increase up to 60 000 in high season. All attractions are in very short walking distance: clothing shop, groceries, hairdresser, bank, pharmacy, turkish massage, bars and restaurants. The people living in Mahmutlar is a mix of european and turkish - and that makes a great relaxing atmosphere in the town. You will not experience aggressive salespersons and waiting staff while walking in the street - which you might meet other places in Turkey.

If you want to go to Alanya you can choose between taking a cab or wait for a dolmus(small bus). The dolmus cost almost nothing(2,5 turkish lire) and you will be in Alanya within 20 minutes. During the high season the dolmus are driving constantly between the cities - so every 10 to 15 minutes from 8 in the morning to 11 in the evening you will be able to take this great transportation mean.

Nearest "waterland" is 4 km away - and we can recommend it, especially for the kids. You can take the dolmus to this place as well.

Mahmutlar is a very lovely town - 12 km by the sea - outside Alanya. 30 000 people living there - but in the high season the picture change. Still it is considered to a be a quiet town. If you are looking for party - you can get it in Mahmutlar also, but Alanya is a much better choise. But if you are looking for great restaurants with lovely food and atmosphere - you have come to the right place! The beach are also very nice - and since it is serveral km you can choose wether you want to sit beside a lot of other people - or completely by yourself.

You can choose between 2 airports. Antalya(2 hours driving from the appartment) and Gazipasa(25 minutes driving from the appartment). Antalya airport is the most common alternative since this airport has excisted for many many years. Gazipasa is a smaller airport - but big planes(eg: Boeing 737-800) now finally got the permission to land at this airport.
