Description
Cedar Villa, just 50 yards from the Mediterranean sea, is beautifully located to provide you with a wonderful holiday. You will have an uninterrupted, panoramic view of the Bay of Kalkan, with spectacular sunsets over the mountains opposite. You will have a private swimming pool, rock garden and a large veranda furnished with sunbeds, chairs and table. There is ample cover so that you can enjoy al fresco breakfast, lunch and dinner. A built-in BBQ supplements the fully equipped kitchen and, also included, are satellite TV, CD/DVD, washing machine and a weekly cleaning and laundry service. The living room and bedrooms have airco and each villa bedroom has its own balcony or terrace. You will have two Beach Clubs within 250 yards, one providing family fun, a mini beach and boat trips, the other offering sunbeds on the terrace in the rocks, with access to the sea for swimming and snorkelling, and a fabulous bar/restaurant. In the evening, you can enjoy a romantic meal at a table set on the rocks with the sea lapping a few feet away.

“Perfect villa lovely area”
what a lovely place to stay perfect villa great area weather was hot so we were in and out of pool all day Mehmet ( pool man and there for everything ) was very kind and helpful We went to Kalkan most evenings lots of lovely restaurants to chose from Have been to Kalkan before but this villa is best by far I must also mention how lovely it was to see food left for stray cats and dogs most villa owners prefer not to encourage strays onto there properties so well done to owners we made friends with most of the cats
