The open plan kitchen/dining area is equipped with modern appliances, crockery, cutlery, and a dining table with seating for four people. The lounge has a comfortable double sofa/bed, LCD TV, DVD and CD player. It leads onto a spacious balcony furnished with a patio table and 4 chairs, which has stunning panoramic views of olive groves and mountains - perfect for a lazy afternoon tea, or a glass of chilled local wine.
Wake up to beautiful views of the countryside in the bright and spacious bedroom, which features a double bed, large fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedlinen, hand and bath towels.
The bathroom has a shower, bath, wc, washbasin and large linen/store cupboard.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned (with heating for winter stays).

This apartment is situated in a luxury new development in the pretty village of Mazotos. The complex has an attractive pool with shaded gazebo and poolside loungers.
There are also poolside changing facilities and wc. Also included is a large private storeroom for your sole use, handy for storing away suitcases, golf clubs or bicycles. There is also a lift to the apartment, and a designated car parking space.
Mazotos village has 2 supermarkets, weekend markets selling locally grown produce, bar and a bank with cash point.
The nearby towns of Kiti and Pervolia are a short drive away offering further amenities including 24hr bakeries, doctors, pharmacies and a selection of good quality restaurants and tavernas.

“Noiseless pacific rest”
