“Exceeded expectations” I spent 1 week at the villa with my family, in a group of 10 adults. The villa is very impressive and larger than it looks in the photos. There was room to enjoy the family group company or to find peace and quiet if needed. The bedrooms are all a generous double size with 4 en-suite with decent sized bathrooms. The main lounge and the kitchen well appointed and wi fi available also on the ground floor are 2 bedrooms ,a gym ,sauna and utility room. From the impressive entrance reception room is a lift which takes you to the first floor bedrooms all air conditioned except 1 single where a fan is supplied From the first floor the lift takes you to the top floor for the pool table and access to roof terraces with views to the sea and surrounding area Outside in landscaped gardens which include a small lake and island there are may paths to walk through and enjoy the surrounding vistas. From the kitchen you walk outside to a large terrace overlooking A beautiful kidney shaped pool with showers and wc facilities located alongside. A BarBQ is located on the terrace with dining areas located around the pool and if you wish to make use of the mini golf course or tennis courts these are also available exclusively for the house guest along with a small gym and sauna though as the temperature outside was nudging 40degrees I chose not to use the later. The villa is located around a 20 minute drive from Larnaca so a car is recommended.We took taxi services on a couple of occasions into Larnaca which cost 45euros each way per cab Our host Mariliza who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful in showing us around the property and on check out. The villa Mazatos is a great place for a large group to chill out in Luxury. We all enjoyed our stay the only regret being we wished we had booked a 2 week stay instead of one.. We would definitely stay here again.
