Description

A third floor flat in the Balaia Turistic Apartments (serviced with elevator) has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchenette, living room and balcony with sea view. It is equipped with electric water heater.

On the grounds of the development guests can enjoy a restaurant, large communal swimming pool, a mini-market and bar.

The apartment blocks are surrounded by green sward, pine and Cyprus trees.

- Minimum period stay is 7 days usually. Flexible from 16/30 September until May.

- Changeover day: Flexible until 28th May 2010.

Saturday or Sunday from 29th, 30th May until 12th September 2010.

Flexible from 13th September 2010 until 27th May 2011.

- Arrival hour is any time from 3.00 pm and departure hour is before 10.00 am (this is to allow time to clean and prepare the villa for next arrival).

- 40% deposit required for booking the property (not refundable). Balance payment, 60%, to be paid on the arrival day. Payment in Euros.

“perfect in every way for what we needed”

having stayed in Balaia area for 17 years we really enjoyed the apt. Margarida was very charming and helpful and we will go there again .would have liked another bathroom!
