Big and bright studio apartment in Castiglion Fiorentino Montecchio Vesponi, provence of Arezzo in the midst of the Tuscan Hills consisting of double bedroom with ensuite bathroom including toilet, basin and large spacious shower, eating area with table and chairs, bar fridge, coffee and tea making facilities. A microwave is available only if requested prior to arrival. This apartment has a separate entry downstairs from main villa.

Situated in an idyllic setting of the picturesque Tuscan hills of Castiglion Fiorentino, nestled between the famous Cortona (Under the Tuscan sun and Life is beautiful) and Arezzo (The city of gold). Florence 1 hr by train, Rome 1 hr 15 mins by fast train. Siena, Pienza, Chianti region and Perugia 1 HR by car. Pisa 2.5 hours, Bologna and closest beach are under 2 hour drive away.

Comfortable room with King sized bed most suitable for 2 adults, but up to 2 fold up beds for adult/child and crib for an infant available upon request.

There is no kitchen in the apartment but there is a bar fridge and kettle for making tea/coffee, we can also supply a microwave upon request. Packaged snacks supplied for convenience. There are many restaurants, cafe's and bars in the area. Breakfast is supplied within the room, you will find everything for making tea and coffee including milk and sugar and we will supply packaged biscuits and pastries.

The closest form of public transport is the bus which can be taken on the SS71 (3 km away) or in the main town (Piazza Garibaldi).

The closest train station is in Castiglion Fiorentino, 5 km from our house.

Having a car would make your stay more enjoyable but we are extremely flexible should you require us to pick you up from the station. Cars can be rented from AVIS Arezzo which is directly in front of the Arezzo train station (20 mins from us by car or by train 10). Prior booking online may prevent any problems but we have had guests who manage to get a car quickly without booking.

We also have 2 bikes available for our guests.

The town is small and quaint and has all amenities of a big town without the tourists, the locals are very friendly and always willing to help.

Cleaning is included in rates, no extra charges: between Check-in and 10:0 pm 3:0 pm (unless arranged prior arrival).

check out: before 10:0 am (unless arranged prior arrival) Snacks, clean bed linen and towels are provided.

If you need any washing done I can do it for you but we do not have a dryer.
