GENERAL INFO
Surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden with olive, orange and almond trees, and just 200m away from the beach, in the Pefkos region of Lindos (Rhodes), Blue Dream Villas is a small complex of holiday homes ( 2 Superior and 2 Executive villas) with shared swimming pool, built and furnished to the highest standards offering high quality services for a unique holiday in Rhodes.
Located in the middle of the east coast near Lindos, the villa is an ideal base for exploring both the north and the south of the island, as a short drive can take you to beautiful secluded shores and popular tourist resorts alike.
ACCOMMODATION
The villas are built and furnished to highest standards and they have a shared swimming pool, patio, wide verandas and terraces and are surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden.
Each Executive villa has two bedrooms, two bathrooms (the one with Jacuzzi), living room and kitchen and can sleep up to six. Two Executive villas (“Garden” or” Sea view”) are shared in a three floor building.
The Garden ( Executive) villa has two double bedrooms.
The first one , with twin beds, is on the ground floor where the living room, kitchen and bathroom with bathtub and overhead shower are also located .
The second bedroom with double bed , the second bathroom with whirlpool and a small utility room are on the first floor. An interior wooden staircase connects the two floors.
The Sea View ( Executive) villa has the entrance on the first floor with exterior stairs. Living room, kitchen and one bathroom with shower are on the first floor. The two bedrooms are on the top floor , one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with twin beds, the second bathroom with whirlpool and also a small utility room are also on the top floor. Spacious veranda with sea view . An interior wooden staircase connects the two floors.
Safes in each bedroom keep your valuables secure. There are spacious fitted wardrobes and a hairdryer in each room. All bedrooms are equipped with LCD HD TV sets with satellite. Linen is changed twice a week, while there are more bed sheets and duvet covers for you to change as often as you wish, free of charge
Living rooms are comfortable and equipped with brand-new sofas that can be converted into a double bed to sleep two more. All have LCD HD TV sets with satellite and air conditioners (use of a/c is included in the price).
The living room opens to the kitchen and an internal staircase leads to the bedrooms. Upper-floor living rooms have wide verandas overlooking the patio and beautiful sea-views. Furniture is of the highest standards and specially selected to create an atmosphere of intimacy and familiarity for moments of warmth and relaxation.
The villas have modern design bathrooms on each floor, one bathroom with shower and one with Jacuzzi.
Kitchen is fully equipped with cooker and oven, a large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, grill/sandwich maker and blender. There is a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. There is also a cleaners room, equipped with washing machine, iron, ironing board, first aid kit and sewing box.
LOCATION
The villas are situated at Pefkos, near the town of Lindos, an ideal location at the middle of the east coast of Rhodes with easy access to both the north and the south of the island. It is about 50km from Diagoras International Airport and 50km from Rhodes town central port. It is connected to both with the Rhodes to Lindos motorway.
Lindos, with its medieval alleys, its ancient monuments and historic houses is considered by many as the most beautiful village of Rhodes. Its imposing castle, dramatically build on top of a steep cliff overlooking the village is Lindos more prominent landmark. Inside the walls, the ancient temple of Athena and other important monuments speak of an age of prosperity, when Lindos was one of the leading shipping ports of the ancient world. Spectacular cliffs give their place to picturesque sandy coves, while the views towards the small lagoon of St Paul (Agios Paulos) are simply magnificent.
The Villas are located only 200m away from Plakias beach and the golden sand of Li Beach in Pefkos, once Lindos wine-producing region, 3km to the south. Upper floor verandas have beautiful sea views. To the south of the neighboring village of Lardos is the beautiful coast of South Rhodes, with numerous beaches and coves with crystal-clear waters. Most of them, especially at the far south, remain quiet and serene even at the peak of the tourist season. Towards the north are the equally beautiful, popular (but not overcrowded) beaches of the east coast, such as Vliha, Kalathos, Agathi, Stegna, Tsambika and Afandou and the big tourist resorts near Rhodes Town. A 20mins drive takes you to the Afandou Golf Course.
Pefkos is also a convenient base for excursions to the traditional inland villages of the south and to the forested mountains of the centre of the island. Both in Pefkos and in Lindos, all services and facilities that you could ask for in your holiday time are at hand: Restaurants, cash dispensers, shops and travel agencies can be found everywhere while entertainment options include water sports, boat trips to the nearby islands and to Turkey, glass-bottom-boat cruises, cafιs, bars, clubs, ultralight aircraft flights over the island and much more.

“Top accommodation in ideal location”
Wonderfully well-appointed spacious duplex in quiet location with good aspect in the heart of Pefkos, sleeping 2+2 in quality upstairs bedrooms with balcony and additional two in double fold-down settee-bed in lounge area that could have been more comfortable. We liked the spiral staircase but might be a challenge for the less fit. Fully equipped, modern kitchen area with dishwasher (tablets supplied). Home-produced olive oil and cruet provided together with a thoughtful arrival-pack even including a bottle of wine. Discount given at supermarket, not 50m away, and at excellent restaurant next door. Shared pool was never crowded - good poolside furniture and both indoor and pool towels provided. All linen including tea-towels provided and changed regularly. Daily cleaner considerate and diligent. Management caring and friendly: we were able to check out very late on last day - much appreciated. Would have appreciated what we understand by satellite tv but overall best apartment I've ever stayed in on holiday!

“A little tranquil oasis, yet on the doorstep of all the Restaurants & Bars”
This was the second year running that myself and my Partner Sue have visited Pefkos, and frankly i could return here time and time again!.We stayed last year in a private villa in Pefkos Horizons but found this too far from the restaurants of the town centre and within reach of the shops to stock up on groceries.Last year when we came to Pefkos we noticed Blue Dream Villas whilst in town, and decide to book for this year, and i am so glad we did!. Maria and her team were fantastic with their warm and welcoming approach which made us feel relaxed from day one.the Villas are immaculatey clean, as sometimes they are nothing like the brochures as we have found in various places around the world. But please don`t all book these villas as we want availability when we come to book for 2012!!!

“Summer Vacation in Pefkos - Rhodes”
The accomodation is of a very high standard and the daily Maid unobtrusive. The 7 apartments were all set back from the town and share the swimming pool. Very freindly staff who leave you to get on with it. The large pool is shared but never full and normally and unspokenly you all seemed to take it in turns to splash and swim and cool off and then the next family would come in and play with the provided air beds and pool toys. Not really any large Food shops as such just the normal bread, eggs, croissants ( baked daily) and baklavar ie small store stuff available alongside all of the commercial tat ( sorry gifts) to take home. Many shops and restaurants and even taxi's give between 5 and 10% discount if you say you stay at the Blue dreams villas which is very much an publicised and welcome bonus. The setting is very nice and condusive to meeting other families if that is what you wish to do. On our stay they were 90% british with one french family who still appeared to have a great time. The owner will not rent to young groups or kids preferring to keep this for families ( although I did not see this on the website). It is located about 400m from the sandy beach which is lovely and blue and where you can eat and rent beds at 4E perday. Inside the accomodation is very clean and modern with spiral stairs Plasma TV in each room and wifi ( although this was really really slow). The Juccusi bath in our bathroom did not bubble but hey that was the only complaint which actually I dd not even let them know about. The room comes with practical things like washing machines, cookers frodge and freezer, coffee makers and yes a dishwasher.. which all help to ease the pain of work away... There are some ants but no mosquitoes or bitey things of ant sort. Outside the villa comes with sunbeds and yes more ants but that is greece so get used to that... Also everywhere in Pefkos are Cats and at this site there are more than a few. Pefkos itself is 3 miles from Lindos and my favorite st Pauls Bay, and although is fast becoming commercialised with sky sports TV screens and football (if thats your thing) it has some real gems as restraurants one in particular is KYMA which over looks the water, Another being Spittakees which is infact connected to the manager in some way and where you get - you guest it 10% discount...It even has a spa hotel at one end of the small town which again is commercialised. All in all my family of my wife and I our 18 year old girl and 15 year old boy had a wonderful relaxed holiday, did not rent a car ( as we have been to Rhodos many times now) but greatly enjoyed the stay. Highly Recommended for family, great for those with very young kids - in fact kids of all ages. I hope this helps you to

“A great apartment in a brilliant location”
Maria is a very warm host, the apartment is a very good size and feels even bigger being spread over two floors. It feels very private being surrounded by lovely orange groves even though it is very conveniently located for tavernas and local shops and for walking to two excellent sandy beaches. We only used our hire car once in the week for the 10 min drive to the Acropolus in Lindos. The maid service is also first class and unobtrusive. All six apartments were occupied by families so clearly they are child friendly though possibly very young children might be a concern on the spiral wooden staircase. We loved it here as did my 7 year old and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any of my family and friends.

“Fantastic choice,will definately return one day.”
Blue dream luxury villas are just that,a bit of luxury. We had a ground floor( which we believe are nicer as you get more living space)villa with veranda with patio furniture and balcony upstairs.it was perfect for our needs. The villas are spacious,beautifully decorated,exceptionally clean,very quiet in an otherwise generally lively resort.we loved the fact we had privacy but were also ini the middle of pefkos. Maria the owner,her husband,and rummy the maid are all very helpful with both information and details of the villa.
