This 1 bedroom duplex apartment is one of the 5 apartment in our family owned apartment complex. Our family has 40 years experience of renting apartments for tourists from all over the word. From father to son the main goal of our business is to provide you a comfortable, memorable holiday where you feel honoured under our hospitality.
The apartment complex is located in the heart of Albufeira just 7/8 minute walk from the well know Fisherman beach, and Albufeira Old Town often referred to as one of Albufeira´s best kept secrets. Quiet and peaceful, the apartment has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out and bars also.
The 5 apartments are sharing a 10mx5m long and 2.1 m deep swimming pool with a small one perfect for the children. The complex also has a washing machine room with irons, ironing boards and clothes baskets.
Leading from the living room is a balcony with view to the swimming pool, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one twin bedroom with also has an extra convertible bed and a double sofa bed in the living room the apartment is ideal for families up to 5 person.

LOUNGE
Lounge,with 1 double sofa bed, dining table and 4 chairs, flat screen LCD television, windows over looking the pool and patio doors to balcony.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, saucepans and cooking utensils, fully fitted units and window.
SLEEPING
The sleeping arrangements provided are 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and 1 convertible bed, plus a double sofa bed in the lounge.
ENTERTAINMENT
The entertainment consists of a HD flat screen LCD television which receives several english TV channels, DVD player is available upon request. Internet Access WiFi (free).
BATHROOM
The bathroom has bath with overhead shower, wc, bidet, sink, shaving/hairdryer sockets, large wall mirror. All bath towels are provided but we do not provide beach towels.
BEDROOM
The bedroom has 2 twin beds, fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside table with lamp, full length mirror, patio doors to balcony, security safe. And convertible bed for extra sleeping.
BALCONY
4 chairs, 1 table and clothes airer.
POOL
Sunbeds along the pool with sun umbrellas. Open shower.

“EXCELLENT APARTMENT”
excellent apartment split over 2 levels bedroom had excess to the pool. The apartment was exceptionaly clean. Only stayed for a week but the towels were changed mid week and then again after a very heavy rain down pour. Veronika met us and told us about restaurants and local places to visit, she was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help us when we encountered a problem.

Great place clean lovely pool great location to the old town a few minutes to Aldi and Lidi everything for ones needs ,Veronika was so helpful with directions ,and had a map for us and give us advice were was the best for steak and so on ,as we were there my husband had his birthday and Veronika had a lovely cake for him most thoughtful,great stay we will be back thank you Sean and Margo

“Lovely setting”
We arrived at the apartment and was met by Veronika. She was very helpful and gave us a good insight to the area and a list of recommended restaurants. The Apartment Set over two floors with the longe and kitchen on the upper floor and the bedroom on the lower floor. From the bedroom you have direct access on to the pool area which was great. There was no air con but the bedroom was very cool being on the lower floor. The apartment was very traditional, clean, light and airy. Quite basic but had everything you need from a holiday apartment. If you prefer to eat in there is no convential oven. Being built of poured concrete they do echo and you get the feeling you have left a door or window open. One of the beds was extremely noisy and on a couple of nights i did remove the mattress to the floor as it was constantly waking us up. Veronika was aware and will be fixing before the next guests arrive. There are lots of stairs within the grounds, so if you have any mobility issues this apartment wouldn't be for you. The reason i have only rated the holiday Average was due to issues with other guests. During our stay and at diffent times there were two groups of younger guests. We experienced lots of noise. It didn't make our pool experience great at times but the nights were the main issue along with swimming in the pool in the early hours of the morning. Being in such a small place there is no escape from it. I now understand why many advertisements state "no same sex groups", something i will look for on future bookings. Overall a lovely settings, spacious apartment and close to the old town but spoilt by the noise of other guests
