Description

This 2 bedroom apartment is one of the 5 apartment in our family owned apartment complex. Our family has 40 years experience of renting apartments for tourists from all over the word. From father to son the main goal of our business is to provide you a comfortable, memorable holiday where you feel honoured under our hospitality.

The apartment complex is located in the heart of Albufeira just 7/8 minute walk from the well know Fisherman beach, and Albufeira Old Town often referred to as one of Albufeira´s best kept secrets.
Quiet and peaceful, the apartment has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants and bars for going out.

The 5 apartments are sharing a 10mx5m long and 2.1 m deep swimming pool with a small one perfect for the children. The complex also has a washing machine room with irons, ironing boards and clothes baskets.

Leading from the living room is a terrace with lots of Bougainvilleas and other flowers furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one double sofa bed in the living room, the apartment is ideal for families up to 6 person.

LOUNGE

Lounge,with 1 ample sofa bed which converts to one double bed for extra sleeping, dining table and 4 chairs, flat screen LCD television, window over looking the terrace.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, saucepans and cooking utensils, fully fitted units and window overlooking the terrace.

SLEEPING

The sleeping arrangements provided are 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 twin bedroom and 1 sofa bed in the lounge.

ENTERTAINMENT

The entertainment consists of a HD flat screen LCD television which receives several english TV channels, a DVD player is available upon request, Internet Access WiFi (free).

BATHROOM

The bathroom has shower, wc, bidet, sink, shaving/hairdryer sockets, wall mirror. All bath towels are provided but we do not provide beach towels.

BEDROOM 1

The bedroom has 1 double bed, fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes, bedside tables with drawer and lamps, full length mirror, security safe.

BEDROOM 2

The bedroom has 2 twin beds, fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes, bedside table with drawer and lamp, full length mirror.

TERRACE

6 chairs, 1 table,clothes airer and grill.

POOL

Sunbeds along the pool with sun umbrellas. Open shower.
