We are pleased to welcome guest to our new Holiday Shepherd Lodges available July 2020, with “Access for All”. We have two bespoke Lodges designed with wheelchair user in mind. Comfortable and spacious, with a double divan bedroom, TV and telephone recharge socket, and a single adult sleeping bedroom. The Lodges have a fully fitted kitchens, and adjoining lounge with remote control TV and a large double bed settee with magnificent panoramic views.

The large Wet Room with a deluge shower is a unique feature of the Lodges, and one that everyone can enjoy. Each lodge has front and rear decking and comfortable seating area’s. For your pleasure each lodge has a personal seating area next to a beautiful wildlife pond, with a BBQ and Pit Fire.

The Shepherd Lodges are comfortably suited to families, 2 adults with 2/3 three children, under 13 years of age, who love the open space, to play in, and enjoy the wildlife features. The Lodges with their panoramic relaxing mountain views are also wonderful for a couple just seeking a well earned break from work or a romantic few days away. All lodges are situated a good distance apart and private, non smoking, cleaned and sanitized to the Covid 19 standards required and a fogging sanitizer use before Guests go in, for your safety. Excellent restaurants and pubs a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk, away: The Cripple Creek Inn, The Clytha Arms or The Beaufort Coaching Hotel internet listed. All Lodges are NON smoking, cleaned to Covid 19 regulations and a fogging sanitizer used just before Guests go in for their safety. Getting around

Although a car is recommended. We do have a bus service just a few minutes walk from Harvest Home Shepherd Lodges, that runs in the morning and early evening, visiting Abergavenny and Monmouth. Abergavenny has a Train service to Cardiff and Hereford hourly each day in the week. The old Market Town of Abergavenny and Sugar Loaf Mountain are worth a visit, along with the Brecon Beacon, the beautiful mountains and quarry lakes. The Wye Valley and river walks are just 25 minutes by car, along with Monmouth Town, Symonds Yate and Ross on Wye all beautiful river towns, with walks and bike rides available. River pubs and eating places too. Raglan village is just a 5 minute drive and has all amenities along with Raglan Fun Farm Park for children

Interaction with guest

On arrival we will meet and greet you at Harvest Home Office, give you the keys to your Shepherd Lodge and any information you will need. We will be available by phone and text messaging and monitor the venue for security around the clock. We visit the Shepherd Lodge field morning and evening and can be contacted personally at these times. Your privacy is important during your stay but we are available if there is a need for us to help in anyway. It is important that Fire pits and Bar Bar Q's are safely put out and we check these last thing at night before closing the gates at 10 am. The gates are not locked ( for late returning or arriving Guests) and opened again in the morning. Logs and Bar Bar Q coals can be purchased from us .
