Description

PRIVATE room with PRIVATE bathroom in an elegant penthouse apartment on the eighth floor, away from the noise of the city. A few minutes walk from the center, in the district of Porta Palazzo where cultures and food meet. Room with double king size bed, private bathroom with shower and terrace with views of the Mole. The room has a double king size bed. I can add a folding bed. Right in the middle of Balon, the characteristic Flea Market and a few meters from Turin Eye, the hot air balloon that goes up to 150 meters in Pellegrino's garden. The Arsenal of the School Holden can be seen from the window as well as the Cortile del Maglio and SERMIG. The big market of Porta Palazzo is to fifty meters. Not to mention, every second Sunday of the month, the Gran Balön Market. The area is full of restaurants, bars and the excellent Gelateria Popolare. In 5 minutes you are at the Roman Quarter and within 10 minutes walk you are in Piazza Castello. Area convenient to public transportation and also to cars, here you will always find parking. If you need I can arrange a transfer to/from Airport Torino Caselle for 25 euro if possible. If you like wine and food I can bring to the Langhe, for degustation of Barolo, Barbaresco, Barbera and Dolcetto.

“Chambre sans commodités”

Attention à bien comprendre que vous n'aurez accès que à une chambre. Avec un lit dur à même le sol ou presque et un oreiller tout plat qui a bien trop servi. Le propriétaire était antipathique. Il ne nous a aucunement acceuillie comme certains commentaires peuvent le laisser penser. Il ne nous a pas expliqué comment fonctionnait le chauffage. Qui après quelques essais s'avère être une clim bruyante et qui émet une telle lumière que l'on se croirait en plein jour. La salle de bain est petite, loin d'être neuve et clairement pas assez chauffée pour y être bien en cette saison. La cuisine n'est pas rendue accessible par le propriétaire pour les locataires ni même un petit espace dans le frigo. La chambre sentait pas bon (une odeur de renfermé et de tabac froid) Pour le reste, la chambre est située à 10 minutes du centre ville en marchant bien.

Response from the owner Je m'excuse pour la réponse tardive mais je viens seulement de voir l'avis. Je m'excuse pour le malentendu mais c'est écrit dans le titre et dans la première ligne de l'annonce, il s'agit d'UNE CHAMBRE AVEC SALLE DE BAIN PRIVEE ET TERRASSE, pas d'un appartement entier. Le matelas est un Queen Size en pur latex, 25 cm de haut que j'ai payé 1200€, tous les clients complimentent le confort. Comme il y a le chauffage central il n'y a rien à expliquer, vous pouvez utiliser l'air conditionné pour vous réchauffer mais il vaut mieux demander comment il fonctionne sinon vous risquez d'aggraver les choses, pour la lumière il y a un bouton pour l'éteindre. Il n'y a pas de cuisine mais le réfrigérateur est disponible. La salle de bain n'est pas neuve mais tout fonctionne et elle est certainement plus grande que celles des hôtels. Si la dame avait froid, elle pouvait demander le chauffage supplémentaire disponible. L'enregistrement s'est fait en personne, je pense que je suis assez amical avec mes clients, je suis toujours disponible 24 heures sur 24. Le problème de l'odeur de fumée est vrai et je m'en excuse, car le client précédent n'a pas respecté l'interdiction, mais là encore, la dame n'a rien dit. Je voudrais profiter de cette occasion pour rappeler aux clients, à tous les clients, de bien lire les annonces et de signaler immédiatement tout problème, car de nombreux problèmes peuvent être résolus sans avoir à rédiger des commentaires hargneux et méchants.
