Trekking Cottage apartment is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Explore the sights and local attractions of South- west- Sardinia - there is so much to see and do here.

You will find trekking and mountain biking locally with beaches just 15 mins drive with many more within a short drive from the apartment. you will be offered a day sailing with me and even a seafood lunch is possible. Or what about a night aboard in a nice location, not inc in the price.

As a self-catering apartment, you’ll find everything you need for a perfect stay.

Trekking Cottage apartment can sleep up to 4 persons, but is better suited for 2, having 1 large bedroom with double bed, and a double sofa bed in the living area.

The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, a kettle, italian coffee maker, and a toaster.

The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a television, the apartment stays cool on the hottest of days. You will find a cosy atmostphere at the Trekking Cottage apartment with its wood beamed cielings and 50cm walls.

If you like trekking and nature, you will find everthing you might be looking for right on the doorstep at San Benedetto, there is even a small village shop incase you forgot something. San Benedetto may not suit everyone, only people who want to see the real Sardegna not the tourist traps for beaches its just a short drive of around 20 minutes, where you will find some of the best beaches in Sardinia.

There is one bedroom in this apartment which contains a double bed, and a heater.

The living area has a table and chairs, a devan which becomes a double bed, wide screen tv, heater if required.

Separate Kitchen with hob, sink, fridge, grill, kettle, coffee maker, all cutlery etc.

Utility room with washing machine, iron, ironing board, hot water cylinder.

There is one bathroom, which has a toilet, bidet, sink, with a walk-in shower, and a heater.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

Pick up and drop off can be arranged if required.

Wine tasting at a local vineyard can be arranged.

Boat trips, sailing or snorkeling trips can be arranged.

All day sailing with wine included and sea food lunch stopping in some of the best secluded bays around the island of San Pietro, even a night aboard is possible.

House Rules:

- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.

- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

I will ask you to leave a small deposit of 50€ then if I find the apartment as clean as you found it and no broken objects it will be refunded.

- There are on-street parking facilities available at the property.

- Pets are not allowed at the property.

All lights and heaters, air conditioning must be turned off when out of the apartment.

please no food to be eaten on the bed.

Please replace any broken or lost itiems.

Do not dry towels and clothes inside the apartment using the heaters.

There is a portable air conditioning unit if required at 5€ a day but the apartment stays cool so you won’t need it.

Some guests say Vodafone and Tim don’t work well in the village, since wind3 installed a new antenna recently. Wind and all other networks are fine.
