Description
The apartment is situated in a small complex of semi-detached villas and private parking communal swimming pool (6/1/30/9) immersed in the pine forest of Aleppo pines, on the promontory of Porto Pino.
The resort in summer provides many services, including supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants and nightclub; It has a port equipped space for hire of inflatables and possesses one of the most beautiful beaches on the island that stretches for over 3 miles up the famous white sand dunes. It is also one of the few places in Sardinia that has reserved a beautiful oasis on the beach for four-legged friends (Animal Friendly). The beaches and coves are reachable on foot within 800-900 m. By car you reach easily the famous southern beaches (Tramatzu, Tuerredda, cala Cipolla and Chia) and North (Cala Domestica, Calasetta and Carloforte, the latter by ferry).
The apartment has a double exposure: West with the entrance and a patio with plants, equipped with table and chairs; East terrace which is furnished with table, chairs and bench made of wood and masonry. The particular exposure protects the home from prevailing winds. Well-behaved dogs are welcome.
The place is also suitable for lovers of Kitesurfing and Windsurfing that in addition to the large beaches will find in sufficient space for the shelter of their sails and boards.
The nearest town is 7 km to Sant'Anna Arresi. Cagliari (airport and ferry port) is ca. 80 km, Olbia (airport and port) to ca. 340 km, Alghero (Airport) approx. 270 km, Porto Torres (port) at ca. 290 miles. Bus line connection to Carbonia (20 km) and then shuttle to Cagliari

“May 17”
We visited the place in low season and enjoyed it a lot. Very quite and peacful surrounding located in the hill od Porto Pino. Flat nicely furnished with all required staff. I would recommend it to people looking for quite place to stay.
