Welcome to Alkyoni Villa, a dreaming escape for travelers in the southeast side of the island of Rhodes, also known as the Island of the Sun. Alkyoni Villa is only 250m away from one of the most breathtaking beach of the Aegean Sea called Lahania, a beach over 10km long awarded with the Blue Flag.

Our Villa offers an ideal accommodation for an unforgettable staying either you are looking for a romantic escape or family vacations in style. It hosts up to 10 visitors comfortably and stylish, while the 1.5 acres of land along with the private swimming pool (13m X 8m) will satisfy your requirements.

We offer to our visitors all necessary comforts to enjoy a safe and comfortable staying in Rhodes. Check-in and Check-out can be easily adjusted according to your arrival and departure hours. Cleaning service is provided weekly, washing machines are available for the visitors to wash their clothes, towels and sheets whenever you wish.

Our Villa is fully equipped with sheets, bath and beach towels that you will need during your stay. Hand soap and toilet paper provided upon arrival in all bathrooms, while extra supplies you can get from the nearest village called Gennadi, only five minutes away with your car. Internet, Satellite TV, ping-pong, pool-table is some of the services that we offer to our visitors. We are committed to do anything possible in order to feel relaxed and comfortable during your stay in Rhodes. Vacation in Alkyoni Villa will be an unforgettable experience with memories that will last forever.

Ground Floor

There is a spacious double, air-conditioned, living room (40 sq.m.). The dinning and TV room gives you the possibility of a pleasant stay around the fireplace, while outdoor the elevated veranda equipped with lounge furniture and a captivating, panoramic view of 225 degrees to the Aegean, will take your breath away during your stay. The elegant and modern furniture will provide ultimate comfortableness. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kind of appliances, ready to satisfy the most demanding visitor.

First Floor

The classic marble stair leads to the first floor and the bedrooms. Three comfortable, fully furnished, air-conditioned bedrooms, the first with a kingsize bed and the other two with queen-size bed, bedside cabinet, boudoir and amazing sea view balconies. The bathroom on the first floor is comfortable with a sink, a shiny porcelain toilet and a boudoir with wall mirror. Both bathrooms (ground and first floor), are decorated with modern Mediterranean colors providing an elegant, contemporary aesthetic during your stay.

Semi-floor

Following the stairs down you will find the entertainment room, with library, TV room with a large sofabed, the pool-table and table soccer for pleasant moments, while two extra air-conditioned bedroom will offer you relaxation after fun. The room has 2 showers for a quick relax after a day on the beach or the swimming pool, while next to the bathroom you will find the modern equipped washing machine room with a large extra freezer.

Garden

The 1.5 acres of private land has been formed with Mediterranean trees, grass, bushes and flowers that provide the perfect oasis for refreshing and romantic vacations with privacy. Modern outdoor furniture and sunbeds are also provided to enjoy the relaxing view of the Aegean Sea or the calm environment of your enormous private swimming pool. The Barbecue with the kiosk is also available, fully equipped for an unforgettable dinner under the clear sky.

Beach is 250 meters from the beach mix of sand and marbles an awarded Blue flag beach.
