Two levels apartment with garden climate zone i Cerri.
The apartment consists of a large outdoor garden with stone barbecue while inside is subdivided over two floors: on the first floor there is 1 bedroom with Lcd Tv, living room with Lcd Tv, fireplace and kitchenette, 1 double sofa bed .1 bathroom with shower;
on the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, living room with tv, bathroom with shower, laundry with washing-machine.
The apartment also has 2 parking places, one outside and one inside the garage and is about 3 km from the ski resorts of Campo Felice.
Campo Felice is one of the most famous of the Central Apennines, in the province of L'Aquila, a popular destination with tourists Romans.
From the Summit of Monte Rotondo you can admire a breathtaking panorama, with the look you can capture in a big hug on the Gran Sasso, Sirente Velino, the Duchess and the Maiella.
The conca di Campo felice offers an extensive ski area, well served by lifts, with paths suitable for every type of skier with slopes exceeding 600 metres also.
About 5 km down the road is the village of Rocca di Mezzo, where you will find numerous commercial activities (restaurants, bars, supermarket) and the famous butcher shops where you can buy an excellent local meat.
During the summer you can go for bike rides on the slopes of Campo Felice with various levels of difficulty, or bicycling along the numerous paths and bike path that connects all the countries of the Rocche Plateau.
