Sleeps 6/8 (plus baby/infant cot). This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 sitting room modern house located in-between Granville and Avranches in the Normandy countryside has a large quiet garden in peaceful surroundings. The local bar/restaurant (bookings required) is a 2 minute walk away and the nearest village/supermarkets is a 5/10 minute drive. Perfect for cycling, walking, golf, days at the beach and historic Normandy. Parking for 2/3 cars.The salon is equipped with a television, a DVD player, SKY TV (English channels only), a comfortable three-piece-suite and an extending dining table that seats 8 people. All views downstairs are of the extensive garden (lawn and trees).There is a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, slow cooker, fridge and freezer, kettle, coffee-maker) and everything you need to cook and savour the local food, plus an extending breakfast table. The downstairs bathroom is bright and has a big shower stall and separate WC. The downstairs bedroom is a twin room (double bed and a small double bed) and the largest of the three. It has in-built storage and shelving and views into the back garden.Upstairs, there are 2 further bedrooms which lead off from the upstairs salon. The larger bedroom has a kingsize bed, dressing table and wardrobe. The smaller bedroom has a kingsize bed, single bed and cot with storage drawers and hanging space. All views upstairs are of the garden and local countryside. All three bedrooms can be 'blacked out' at night as the windows all have blinds.The upstairs salon comprises a large reading room / relaxing room with seating for 6 people. If your party is bigger than 8 persons, this area can be used for camp beds, of which we have 2. Again, this area can be 'blacked out' for sleeping.The upstairs bathroom has a large bath, bidet and WC.The large garden that surrounds the property is well-maintained and good for children who like lots of space to run around in. There are plenty of garden chairs, swingset, garden toys and even a goal post for those of you who enjoy a kick-about! There's a high chair, baby bath, travel cot and safety gate at your disposal.

“Excellent villa in lovely area”
We had a wonderful, relaxed holiday here in August 2016. The house is well sited for a huge amount of Normandy and Brittany attractions and is comfortable, spacious, clean, tidy and well maintained. It is very child friendly and our toddler was very well provided for with plenty of garden equipment, paddling pool, toys, books, and cot. The garden is large and peaceful with great views to Avranches. We really enjoyed using the barbecue and relaxing outside in the evenings. The local supermarkets are great and only a 10 min drive away in Avranches, which is a beautiful town to explore. A great number of attractions are within a short drive - we visited Mont St Michel, St Malo, the fantastic Champrepus Zoo, Granville, and the fantastic beach at Julouville. Highly recommended for a relaxing family holiday.
