Classé 2 étoiles A 50 m de plage La Nartelle, le Studio possède une terrasse de 17 m2 en rez de jardin avec table, chaises en teck et parasol. Idéalement situé, il est composé d'1 pièce principale avec 1 canapé-lit 2 pers. de 160 (2 x 80) x 200 cm + 2 lits de 90 x 190 cm (sur la mezzanine) + 1 coin Kitchenette avec 2 plaques électriques, un four combiné micro-onde, une cafetière, un évier et un Frigo Top + 1 salle d'eau avec douche et wc. TV et Wifi gratuit. Parking privé avec portail électrique.

Pain et Épicerie de proximité (200 m) ouverts en Juillet Août.

- Sur la Plage de La Nartelle : 1 km de sable fin où plages publiques sont voisine avec plages privées et leurs restaurants. Vous pourrez louer et pratiquer le ski nautique, la planche à voile, le scooter des mers, le pédalo, faire de la plongée sous-marine, faire du beach-volley, etc...

- Centre- Ville de Sainte-Maxime 2,5 km : 11 Km de littoral.

Station balnéaire de 15.000 habitants face à Saint-Tropez. Ce golfe du même nom a pour toile de fond la chaîne des Maures. Sa situation exceptionnelle est une assurance de villégiature idéale avec plus de 300 jours de soleil par an.

- Aux environs : Golf 18 trous, Casino, tennis, beach-volley, mini-golf, randonnées pédestres et équestres, plongée sous-marine, ski nautique et sports nautiques, VTT, Aqualand, Arbre & Aventure, Luna Park, Karting, ...

Mi-village mi-ville, Sainte Maxime est une station balnéaire très agréable pour la villégiature autant pour les familles que pour les retraités. Au cœur du Golfe de SAINT-TROPEZ, vous découvrirez le village mythique de St TROPEZ, de Port-Grimaud (cité lacustre) que l'on appelle « le Petit Venise » ou encore de Ramatuelle et son Festival de Jazz. A moins de 20 min, vous pourrez visiter Saint- Tropez, Grimaud, Port-Grimaud, Ramatuelle, Gassin, etc.. et non loin Cannes, Bormes les Mimosas, Nice, Saint Paul de Vence, Monaco, Marineland, Vintimille, etc… Des pistes cyclables pour aller à Sainte-Maxime et Saint-Tropez et une navette à 30 m, qui vous emmène à Sainte-Maxime pour 1 Euro. BUS à 150 m pour St Tropez ou St Raphaël-Valescure.

J'ai apporté un soin tout particulier à la décoration et je demande de bien vouloir respecter les lieux et le voisinage, pas de musique forte. Vous pourrez fumer sur la terrasse à l'extérieur du logement.
Si la chambre, les draps, le linge de toilette, etc... ne sont pas rendus en bon état, un montant sur la caution (300€) pourra être déduit. Pas de Carte de Crédit.
