A lovely flat on the Alghero seafront, Lungomare Valencia,
From its large terrace, (20sqmtrs+10 sqmt) you get a stunning view of the seaside and beautiful Capocaccia gulf.
Just 5 minutes walk from the historical center, at the same time quiet and relaxing during the evening as it's away from the crowds of tourists.
It has a large living room with sofa and armchairs and a Dining room with a round table for 4.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and can host up to 4 people. One is a master bedroom with a king-size bed. The second room has 2 single beds.
The numerous window openings make the apartment very comfortable even during the warmest hours. In fact, air conditioning is not necessary.
There is one bathroom with tub/shower, fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, and a dining room with 4 seating places.
Table and chairs in the terrace, with even more seats, for a nice breakfast/dinner alfresco.
It has been refurbished recently, even though the furniture is that one of a family, as we wanted to preserve a homely feel.
Everything else is new and refurbished.
Beach towels and bath towels and bed linen are provided.
Utility bills (gas, electricity...) included.
The very centre of the town, where most restaurants and cafes are, it's just 5 minutes walk from there. You won't need the car to move in Alghero. You probably need a car or bike to visit the beaches around Alghero and the other natural highlights of the area.
The apartment is right n front of the sea and the beautiful LAS TRONAS Hotel.
The adjacent coast is made of rocks. The first white sandy beach is reachable in 10 mins by car (lido).
Check-in is due from 2 pm to 9 pm

PLEASE NOTE: there is no air conditioned but there are 3 portable ventilator fans, NO wifi

Large, comfortable apartment close to the beach with sea views. Sunny patio ideal for sunbathing, Nice 15 min walk into Alghero old town along the sea front, great location.
