Description

THND is a safe, comfortable, and satisfying place that feels "just like home". A turn-key home that has been fully remodeled in the last three months and is full of as many household amenities that we could think of.

There is patio furniture and a gas grill on the back deck, community veggie garden boxes in the back yard (help yourself), Roku TVs in all bedrooms and living rooms, and blazing fast wifi (your host is an IT guy!) through the whole house.

The House Next door intends to provide the cleanest, safest, and most comfortable stay in Holland. Freshly remodeled, your hosts didn't spare any expense. The "White Room" is inviting, bright, and energizing. The "Brown Room" is less bright but extremely relaxing with wood tones. The "Twin Room" is bright and playful with a small playroom adjacent. Our living rooms, kitchen, and back deck are designed to be gathering spaces for great conversation, games, and meal sharing.

Our driveway is large enough for all of your vehicles during your stay. If traveling with an RV, it will fit too.

There are mixed-use paths in the neighborhood great for biking, running, and scooting. These paths lead to and around Van Raalte park which is an incredible city-maintained park with a dog park and sledding hill. The trails and wildlife at the park are awesome, just two blocks from the house. You can rent bicycles and scooters from us if convenient during your stay.

Please place bed linens and towels in hampers upon checkout to help prepare for the next guest more quickly. Please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it upon departure. The House Next Door is not a party house and your hosts will have zero tolerance for noise complaints. Quiet Hours: M-TH 10pm, Weekends 11pm. Your hosts and neighbors have children and regular jobs, we ask guests to be mindful of this. Most importantly, have a fun!
