LV Premier Chiado apartment CH1 is located in a elevator building and it is often selected by large families and groups. LV Premier CH1 is an exceptional 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment, with a gorgeous balcony overlooking lively pedestrian rua do Carmo street, Elevador de Santa Justa. The apartment also has stunning close up views of Convento do Carmo Museum. Located in the heart of Chiado, the top shopping area with a wide choice of upscale restaurants, pastelarias, cafes, shops and a lot more – you could not ask for a more central location. For instance, a short walk can bring you to popular Bairro Alto, the imposing Praca do Comercio, or the picture perfect neighborhood of Alfama. The apartment has been completely renovated, featuring Air Conditioning and double-glazing windows. Enjoy a perfect night sleep with our comfortable beds and premium bed linen, as well as soft plush towels and premium toiletries for your comfort. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with all normal large appliances (for example dishwasher, washer and tumble dryer). Occupation of 7 people in the bedrooms and a maximum of 2 extra guests in folding beds or sofa.

Please note: Property is fully cleaned and sanitized before check in. Check in between 22H and 08H- 45 euro supplement. Stays exceeding 9 nights include weekly cleaning. We are located in a pedestrian street, and the nearest car drop off point is about 50 meters away. You can find public parking garages within 5 min walk.

Response from the manager Hi Robyn we are sorry if there was a miscommunication. The AC dripping is a small fault of the unit and the condensation line. This has now been fixed. The person that did the check out was covering for the apartment manager, who started her vacation on the day of your check out. Unsure if there was any miscommunication there. Had we known about the fault we would have fixed it before your arrival. Period. From time to time things break and we are here to sort them out- which seems to be appreciated by the majority of our guests which consistently give us 5 stars with an occasional 4 star
