LV Premier Chiado Apartments – CH2, is a large 3Bedroom/2bathroom apartment and one of our most sought after properties. Gorgeous balcony with views of the city center and a side glimpse of the river. 3 spacious bedrooms with new beds and linen. Renovated bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning. Elevator building. Close to attractions in Lisbon, including restaurants and bars in Bairro Alto, historic sights and shops. Several LVpremier apts in the building.Clean and Safe Seal.

Welcome to LV Premier Chiado Apartments – CH2, a spacious 3Bedroom/2bathroom apartment and one of our most sought after properties. Located in a building with 9 premium apartments by LV Premier and two elevators, it is popular with large groups and families. The apartment features a long balcony overlooking Armazéns do Chiado, elevador de Santa Justa and of course lively Rua do Carmo. Convento do Carmo Museum is minutes away using the gardens of Carmo staircase behind the building. This is a truly central location with all amenities, attractions, restaurants and shops at your doorstep. For instance, a short walk can bring you to popular Bairro Alto, the imposing Praca do Comercio, or the picture perfect neighborhood of Alfama. The apartment features AC, modern interiors and double-glazing windows. LV Premier Chiado Apartments – CH2 can accommodate 8 people in the bedrooms and a maximum of 2 extra guests in the sofa or folding beds.

The living room has balcony access, a dinning area and a fireplace. The apartment also features a spacious kitchen, which is of course fully equipped (normal large appliances for example dishwasher, washer and tumble dryer). Both bathrooms have a bathtub and shower head. LV Premier includes as a standard soft bath towels, and fine toiletries for your first day. The apartment has AC and heating and is furnished with contemporary decor and a neutral palette.

Please note: Property is fully cleaned and sanitized before check in. Check in between 22H and 08H- 45 euro supplement. Stays exceeding 9 nights include weekly cleaning. We are located in a pedestrian street, and the nearest car drop off point is about 50 meters away. You can find public parking garages within 5 min walk.

How do damage deposits work?
