LV Premier Baixa Apartments – FI right at the city center of Lisbon and its historic quarter. Modern and functional it has a large living room, two bedrooms, and of course fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Very comfortable beds. It is a bright apartment with great features such as high ceilings and large windows. It is minutes away from all key attractions. Air Conditioned/ Heating. Balconies. Deep clean and sanitized.
The LV Premier Baixa Apartments – FI is a well-appointed and very bright 2 Bedroom apartment, with beautiful Juliet balconies, high ceilings located in the city center of Lisbon, minutes away from all key attractions. Your will find large windows and balcony doors, which fill the apartment with light. Both building and apartment were fully redone a few years ago, upgraded to a high standard of living. The apartment is fully equipped including air conditioning and heating, a fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer all other appliances. You will also find signature LV Premier superior quality bedding, plush towels and superior quality toiletries for you comfort. The apartment accommodates 4 people in the bedrooms and a maximum of 2 extra guests in the sofa bed. There are many choices of transportation including 3 metro stations within 3 min walk. The well loved Praca da Figueira is right outside, and the Castle, Alfama, and the Bairro Alto neighborhoods are within an easy walk.
Kindly note: Property is fully cleaned and sanitized before check in. Check in between 22H and 08H- 45 euro supplement. Stays exceeding 9 nights include weekly cleaning.
