Stunningly decorated and designed to a high standard, we think you will find everything you need at Upthorpe Lodges for a relaxing and very comfortable holiday. If you're staying in, the kitchen contains all the equipment and facilities a creative cook will be happy with. It will be no surprise that there's a fridge and a microwave, but there's also a full size freezer for your ice cream and more, plus a conventional oven for your Sunday roast. Our stylish furniture has been carefully selected to provide comfort and relaxation, and on sunny days you'll want to roll back the doors and let the outside in. Sun loungers and outdoor dining table allow you to make the most of the daytime sun and the garden area is lit for evening use too.

All four lodges at Upthorpe Lodges include own use of luxury hot tub in your own private garden.

Perfect for relaxation but with plenty of local attractions, this contemporary five-star reviewed lodge, appears in a country garden setting amidst the Suffolk countryside, at the heart of East Anglia. Close to the villages of Stanton and Walsham-le-Willows our location is ideal for exploring the Norfolk and Suffolk countryside, its villages and market towns. The unspoilt coastline is within an hour's drive, and coastal towns such as Wells, Cromer, Southwold and Aldeburgh make pleasant tours. The historic cities and cultural centres of Cambridge and Norwich are an easy drive away.

“Amazing weekend break!”

Reviewed 9 Jun 2017

Booked Cedar lodge for long weekend for my boyfriends birthday and we've had an amazing, relaxed and great time! Everything was it was advertised. Before coming I was sent a list of places to visit and eat, even told Jimmy Carr was doing a show in Ipswich which was an added bonus for a birthday present! It was only a 45 minute drive from the lodge. Hot tub was great, lodge itself was lovely and the surroundings were peaceful and quiet.. just what I hoped it would be! Would definitely recommend and most certainly would come back.
