Description
La Villa, in tipico stile locale, è situata a 200 metri dalla bellissima baia della Marinedda.
Il prestigioso immobile si affaccia sulla spiaggia e gode di una vista eccezionale dalla quale potrete ammirare lo spettacolo indimenticabile dei tramonti sul golfo dell'Asinara.
Circondata da un ampio terreno recintato di proprietà, ha subito recenti ristrutturazioni interne ed esterne ed è composta da un ampio e luminoso soggiorno con vista mare, una grande sala da pranzo con cucina attrezzata alla "americana" anch'essa rivolta sulla baia, due camere da letto e due sale da bagno.
All'esterno, rivolto verso il mare, si trova un ampio cortile lastricato ed un grande barbecue/angolo bar in muratura; sul retro della villa si trova una spaziosa veranda con un piccolo giardino roccioso ed un'ulteriore area barbecue.
La villa ha anche due terrazzi: uno ampio situato sul tetto della stessa, perfetto come spazio prendisole, ed uno più piccolo al piano casa per meravigliose colazioni ed aperitivi fronte mare.

The villa, in typical local style, is located 200 meters from the beautiful bay of Marinedda.
The prestigious building overlooking the beach and enjoys exceptional views from which you can admire the unforgettable sunsets over the gulf dell.
Surrounded by a large fenced property has undergone recent renovations and interior consists of a large living room with sea view, a large dining room with fitted kitchen to the "American" also addressed the bay, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Outside, facing the sea, there is a large paved courtyard with adjoining green lawn and a large BBQ / bar area in masonry on the back of the villa there is a spacious veranda and a large wooded parkland.
The villa also has two terraces, one large located on the roof of the same, perfect as a sunbathing area and a small one floor house for wonderful breakfasts and appetizers overlooking the sea.
