Perfect for a relaxing family or a golfing holiday. The apartment is set in Jardin 5, an enclosed quadrant with a large shared swimming pool and small play park - perfect for the children to play safely and meet other children. It has a sports bar with entertainment, bike hire and tennis & paddle tennis courts nearby.

The property also offers a travel cot and pull out bed if additional children wish to stay in the property.

Condado De Alhama is centered around a top class golf course, it has shops, regular markets, restaurants, bars and sports facilities all within walking distance of the apartment. It is located in the quiet countryside of Spain but within easy reach of a number of beaches (15-20 mins), Sierra Espuna mountains (20 mins) and 40 minutes from Murcia water parks and zoo.

“Murcia”

Great apartment in a great location. Very clean with every thing you need. Only problem was all patio chairs, apart from 1, were not useable. The owner did however order new ones straight away. but these were not delivered until our last day. Travel cot is advertised but you do have to request this, we were unaware of this so did not have one.

“Great location”

I took my family of 5 to Condado and had a great stay, the beach is 20 mins aways and the communal swimming pool is just outside the apartment. The sun-beds are a bit old, but the apartment was clean and comfortable. Murcia airport is nice and close too.

“Great Holiday”

Had a great time in this well equipped 3 bed apartment. Kids loved the fact the pool was right outside our door, and liked the bar at the back to play pool etc. You do need a car if wanting to go to the beach though! There were no beach towels so take your own.

“Wonderful apartment with all the home comforts !!”

As I previous owner on the site it was strange at first to now be renting. But it was home from home & absolutely immaculate. I stayed for just under three weeks last year with my mother. What more can I say than we have rebooked again for this summer. Highly recommended!!!
