Fabulous Georgian 3-floor/6 bedrm house in the centre of the delightful seaside town of Sheringham and only a 3-minute walk away from the beach, town centre, the nearest pub and ice cream shop. Really spacious, has just been updated throughout and is very child friendly (see details) making it a great place to stay for a relaxing family holiday. Rated **** by Visit England. Ground Floor:Large sitting room with wooden floor and large bay window, comfortable seating, flat screen internet TV and electric log burner. Great second sitting room/playroom with comfortable seating, flat screen TV, DVD player. Also many toys, books and games. Large kitchen/breakfast room with large table (seats 12) and well-equipped with electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, extra fridge (for beer?!), microwave, dishwasher, walk in pantry, iPod dock.Cloakroom with washbasin and wc.
First Floor:Bedroom 1 - very large with a king-size bed Bedroom 2 - large with a lovely bay window and super king bed Bedroom 3 - smaller but with full-size bunk beds. Bathroom with bath, over-bath shower, washbasin. Separate toilet. Second Floor:Bedroom 4 - good size and with twin beds Bedroom 5 - large with a king size bed Bedroom 6 - smaller but with full-size bunk beds. Stairs Down To:Laundry Area with washing machine and storage, external door with stairs down to garden. Shower Room with large shower cubicle, washbasin and wc (recently refurbished)(these 2 rooms are accessed from second floor landing) Garden: Fully enclosed courtyard garden with large deck and rattan seating for 12 people. Also buckets and spades for your use. Street parking. Heating: G.F.C.H, and electric radiators on second floor. Also Provided: 2 stairgates, 2 travel cots, 2 booster seats, 2 bed guards, children's toys and DVDs, books and games for all. Unlimited Wifi. Dogs may be allowed - please message first.

“Perfect House for Celebrating 18th and 80th Birthdays”
We were delighted to come together to celebrate two birthdays in Norfolk. The families came from across the UK and we had children from 8 years to 18 with us. We were lucky with the weather, and so the proximity to the beach was perfect. The house was really well equipped, excellent for hide and seek and Halloween party games and everyone had lots of room. The owner provided lots of lovely information about places to eat and visit before we arrived, so bookings could be made in advance and kindly let us leave later on the Sunday than stated because no-one else was coming in after us. A really good time was had by all. Thank you

Great base to explore the delights of lovely Sheringham - right by the beach and town - playroom with own tv was a big plus for our grandkids. Great accommodation- spacious and well equipped, pity no tumble-drier with all those beach towels!

“Lovely house for large family group. Well equipped.”
The house was well equipped with pleasant back yard and great garden furniture. A selection of toys and books for children. Excellent position; a few minutes from beach and shops, we didn’t use our cars at all. Lovely blue flag beach and promenade. We enjoyed walks along the promenade and visited play ground and gardens several times. Local museum, the Mo, interesting and not too big, so good for children.
