Studio & car park in a residential building - Studio & garage in secure building Nice Est, 25 m 2 with loggia/balcony studio, in a new and highly secured building with a closed private parking space.

Studio located in a quiet area, close to the Port, the Old City, the Flowers Market, the Place Massena, Promenade des Anglais, etc.

Also few minutes away (walking distance) from theaters, movie theaters, shopping centers (Carrefour TNL, Nice stars), to list only a few.

Located close to the train, tram, and bus stations, these various means of transportation will facilitate the visits of the city and of the region at a lower cost, if you decide not to use your vehicle.

Studio equipped with new TV (over 100 channels), radio, Blu - Ray reader, telephone and WIFI Internet.

Sheets and bath towels are also provided, as well as 2 beach towels during summer only.

Equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils and appliances including a microwave, cooktop, coffee machine, kettle, teapot, plates, saucepans and frypans, etc.

We are very flexible for check-in and check-out time, do not hesitate to advise what time is more convenient for you.

We will schedule a meeting upon your arrival to give you the keys to the studio. We are listening to your needs and will be able to provide you with helpful information to discover our beautiful region.

Bike and eletric because rentals nearby the studio. Physical coach's contact information available upon request.

Nice is, studio of 25 sqm with loggia, in perfectly safe building and garage.

It is located in a very quiet area near the Port, the old Nice, market in flowers, Place Masséna of the Promenade des Anglais...

Theatres, cinema, museums, opera, shopping centres (Carrefour TNL, Nice Etoile) are a few minutes walk from the studio.

You will have a TV (over 100 channels), radio, Blueray player, phone and wifi.

Linens (sheets, towels) is provided. During the summer we will add 2 towels.

A kitchen equipped with all appliances (microwave, plates electric, coffee maker, kettle, teapot, plates, pots, pans...) and ustencils will help you in everyday life.

For arrival and departure schedules, I'm very flexible, do not hesitate to know let me your requirements.

It is located near the train station, the tram of bus that will circulate in the city and to visit his region.

We invite you to the day of your arrival for you hand over the keys we are listening to you and will help you discover our region.

Transportation will allow you to visit the city and its region at lower cost if you decide not to use your vehicle.
